The workmanship is described as professional and of very high quality, with several customers noting that both contemporary designs and traditional timber joinery are handled with equal skill. Marcel is named repeatedly as a central figure, praised for his expertise and for keeping communication clear from the initial consultation through to completion.

Clients mention that the design process felt seamless, with advice on current trends and available features helping to shape the final result. The team is also described as prompt, efficient and friendly, arriving when expected and working tidily. A recurring theme is the combination of up-to-date design knowledge with old-school craftsmanship, particularly in timber work, which customers say sets the finished product apart.

Those who engaged the company for kitchen, joinery and stair projects report being delighted with the calibre of the completed build, and the showroom is mentioned as a helpful resource during planning.
