A bathroom renovation in Adelaide, delivered by ABA Trades, is recounted as a job where the customer felt heard from beginning to end. Queries that came up along the way were taken to Nikki, the named point of contact, who is described as dealing with each request promptly and without hesitation.

The trades involved are portrayed as friendly and eager to satisfy the customer, working in step with Nikki as the project moved forward. The granny flat bathroom was transformed efficiently and in a timely manner, with issues handled as they arose. Attentiveness, a responsive contact and a willing team characterise the account of the work.
