We went into Amanti because we want to do 3 bathrooms. To the lady who got snappy with us and told us we couldn't bring our quiet, toilet trained dogs in, it's your prerogative, but the guy at the other place who didn't mind dogs, is getting the contract. Again, your choice.

Walked into the store this morning to enquire about some specific information about a job we were working on only to be told if we didn’t buy the tiles from this company they couldn’t help us and to ring the company we had purchased them from to resolve the issue The lady at the front counter was very rude and not willing to help us out even when I was trying to explain the situation we were in and if they were able to help us out

Gabby assisted us with all our selection requirements for our newly renovated bathrooms. Gabby was very patient with all the selections and her advice throughout was valued. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend anyone who is considering a renovation, to go in store and support local business. She made the whole tile selection process for my pre-start home project so much easier and more comfortable. Very helpful service and regular communication from Indigo who helped us source the tapware we wanted. Much better service than the other stockists of the same brand in Perth which is why we decided to buy these items regionally!

I attended the showroom with the hope of selecting all tiles for my house in the one place. It was a busy day, we were greeted and told that Gabby would be with us as soon as she could as she was the only sales person on the day. No problem, except we were next in line and watched as everyone else who came in got served before us. This didn’t particularly bother me as it gave me time to look at all the available tiles. I had plenty of questions ready and when we were finally served, near closing time, Gabby couldn’t be bothered with us at all. We waited patiently, and without complaint, for well over an hour. We understood it was busy, even though we got overlooked in favour of other customers. Shame that respect didn’t go both ways. We gave our business to the competitor that treated us as a valued customer.
