BATS Bathrooms

I recently reached out to BATS bathrooms for a quote as my bathroom is in need of a desperate renovation. After weeks of discussion and in depth design planning with the team I knew I was out of my depth financially for what needed to be done. This didn’t stop the amazing team at BATS as they came up with multiple solutions to suit my situation and for that I feel like this company deserves a great review. Thank you Gareth and Rhys I’ll be sure to keep your number saved and be in touch again soon to complete works!

From the initial quote, and throughout the entire process that followed, Bats Bathrooms impressed me with their professionality, thoroughness, work ethic and quality of workmanship. It was obvious from the outset that they take customer satisfaction, and the quality of their work very seriously and would not stand for anything less than outstanding results. All members of the organisation impressed me with their great attitude toward the job, and their friendly and respectful manner toward me. They took on this job to rectify another that was done previously. For me, they did more than renovate my bathroom. They brought an end to what has been a challenging time for me personally. Bats Bathrooms made this process as easy and least disruptive as possible. Everyone who attended my home, from the employees of Bats Bathrooms to their contractors, exemplified the abovementioned high standards. There are too many people to mention who were involved to thank each personally. However, I do give a special mention to Chris, their tiler. When I think of the word “outstanding”, his abilities and attitude immediately come to mind. A great tiling outcome was extremely important to me and he nailed it. Thank you all! Andrea.

I used Bats Bathroom for our full bathroom renovation. Gareth, Jacob x 2, Chris and Elliot did an amazing job on our bathroom. They were considerate that it was our only bathroom and had to move out for the works to be completed. They finished the major work in 9 business days. It is also an apartment bathroom which a lot of Bathroom Renovations places said they do not do. They accepted the job and worked really hard to get it all done. Reliable, trustworthy and are always willing to answer any questions. If you are thinking about renovating your bathroom, please give Bats Bathroom a call.

From the first phone call to the last site visit this company has been unreal to deal with. We were flooded in February of last year and have only just been able to get our home underway. We have dealt with copious amounts of trades however nothing compared to their team. Gareth and the team treated us with great respect and care during the process. Keeping in constant contact and always communicating which was exactly what we needed. Remodelling our bathroom with extra accessories to really bring our home back together again. Once our bathroom was back together we got a beautiful gift pack to enjoy our new area. Thanks again Bats Bathrooms. I highly recommend this company!

We highly recommend Gareth and the team. First time renovating, full remodel including re-sheeting and raising the ceiling. When we told people it would only take a fortnight, everyone said we were dreaming, but it was all done on time. Our bathroom feels like a completely different room, we are very happy with the quality. The project management was great, there was no question unanswered, and even things we hadn't considered beforehand were taken care of, taking any stress completely off us. We will definitely recommend the guys to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.

Our first time bathroom renovation seemed so daunting at the beginning from choosing the tiles, shower accessories to the vanity unit, but once that was done, everything else fell into place. Bats Bathrooms organised plumbers, electricians and carpenters to carry out the work to a high professional standard. They were all very reliable, arrived early to start work and were easy to get along with. It was a great experience to work with such an amazing group of people who are very good at their job. Thank you to everyone at Bats Bathrooms! Linda and Bill.

I completely remodeled my ensuite bathroom and couldn’t be happier . We had Brodie, Jake, Jacob, Lester and Troy working at our home . They were the most professional, respectful and engaging team that I ever had in any remodeling job. The quality of the work is outstanding . They worry about all the details and are more than happy to explain things to you. The work went smoothly, from the get go. The whole process from quote to completion was so professional! Yet, it is a family business, they do care and are really proud about their employees and outstanding work quality. They left the house and the bathroom impeccable in the end . Everything was cleaned . They are equally careful during the building as well. Not a dent in any wall or ceiling, dust taken care of and tarps everywhere . Need to get more things to remodel now so that I can work with these guys again! Very impressed.
