Bendigo Home Renovations

Bendigo Home Renovations is a locally owned business based in Lockwood, Victoria, serving the Victorian community. It works with reputed professionals across Victoria. The company offers home renovations, roof tile repairs, gutter replacement, metal roof restorations, roof painting and roof replacement.

Renovation services spanning bathroom and kitchen work, roofing, concrete, property maintenance and gutter cleaning are offered by Bendigo Home Renovations, and the accounts gathered here divide sharply. A handful of customers describe high-quality results at fair prices, with one household reporting a transformed bathroom and an intention to engage the firm again. Adrian is named repeatedly as the tradesperson on site, credited with professionalism, with keeping clients informed through an entire house renovation and with finishing promptly. Reviewers also highlight his hands-on ability, describing roof preparation and spray-painting completed within a day and help arranging new fascia delivery.

A recurring concern among the lower-scoring accounts is failed follow-through after payment. A community club that commissioned an accessible toilet reports the project stalling, the builder becoming unreachable and correspondence going unanswered once a substantial deposit was paid. Another customer describes repeated postponements after paying a deposit in early 2025, little response to calls or emails, and an ongoing effort to recover the money. The feedback therefore splits between well-regarded craft and serious failures to complete and communicate, with the quality of finished bathroom and roofing work standing alongside unfinished projects and deposits that customers are still pursuing.
