Betta Bathrooms QLD

Phil and the team at Betta Bathrooms were amazing and saved us so much stress . After having an insurance claim denied due to a leaking shower recess ( amazingly not covered by most insurance) in our investment property Phil came to our rescue to get the project started as soon as our tenants vacated our property and smashed out both the main bath and ( after investigation) the ensuite. The well choreographed repairs and renovation ensured our property was only off the market for minimal time. Phil kept us up to date advising us of tile and fitting choices along the way. The quality of work and communication was outstanding from the first contact until the completed product. I can easily say I will be using Betta Bathrooms again for our primary property in the near future. Thank you to Phil and Rona and the team.

Super happy customer. I can highly recommend Betta Bathrooms as a very professional company. From my initial enquiry to planning, quoting and handover, it was all impressively seamless. Phil was so knowledgeable and patient and always responded in a timely manner. His expertise and guidance in providing practical solutions made the whole project so much easier to navigate. He also assisted with choosing all the fittings. This level of service made the whole process stress free, saving so much time. All the experienced tradesmen on site were amazing with a great attitude and impeccable workmanship. Kye, Tyson and the rest of the crew ( Tiler, Plumber, Electrician) were reliable, polite, and communicated well throughout every stage of the process. They also cleaned up any mess and presented me with a sparkling new bathroom. I couldn’t be happier and I absolutely love my new bathroom and European laundry:) I can’t speak highly enough of Betta Bathrooms and I’m so grateful to know they do kitchens too! (my next project) Thank you!

Phil was great to deal with. All changes agreed via email. Trades were excellent, turned up on time and were first class. Awesome experience.

The Betta Bathrooms Qld team exceeded all expectations. Every tradie was professional, skilled, on time, communicative throughout, tidy, careful, and respectful. They all explained exactly what they would be doing and kept us informed throughout. Their work and commitment was second to none. Of all the renovations we have done over decades in multiple houses, this was the best we have experienced. Phil, Kye, Deon, Jamey, Cale & Tyson, & apprentices were superb. Thank you, Simon and Leslie (Noosa Springs)

Betta Bathrooms did a good job on our small ensuite. We specified almost everything we wanted and Phil gave us a lump sum price. We only had one small variation that was completed without delay. Overall a good job, admin and communications a slight prob, but nothing serious. Well done.
