Wollongong and the surrounding Illawarra district feature regularly in accounts of renovated bathrooms and ensuites, with work described in Warrawong, Barrack Heights and Fairy Meadow. A recurring theme across the feedback is the role of Dwayne, who is named repeatedly for the way he handles clients from the initial conversation through to handover, taking on board what people want and providing guidance where it is needed.

A number of reviews mention the standard of the finished work and note that projects came in on schedule and within the agreed budget. Customers in several reviews describe bathrooms and ensuites transformed beyond what they had pictured, with the outcome called excellent or outstanding. Beyond the tiling, cabinetry and fit-out work itself, people note that the team was dependable, efficient and straightforward to deal with, and that communication stayed clear throughout what could otherwise be a disruptive process.

A disability access bathroom built to NDIS specifications is one example of the jobs described, indicating the breadth of work undertaken. Projects have covered full bathroom and ensuite renovations, sometimes multiple bathrooms within a single home, as well as combined bathroom and laundry spaces. The consistent point, raised again and again, is that the completed space matched or exceeded the plan the customer had in mind.
