Taking on a bathroom renovation in winter might not be very smart- but I should not have worried. From my first visit to the showroom through to the final checks and sign off each of the By Urban team and their ‘family’ of tradies provided excellent advice and service. I am totally satisfied and happy with the result. I was given an achievable design that allowed me to make choices; excellent communication ( daily during the main construction phase ) and a prompt and cheery response and solution to the couple of glitches that I think are inevitable in a building project. The whole team made it as easy for me as was possible. Highly recommended.

Just had our bathroom and laundry renovated with By Urban and couldn’t be happier. Would like to thank David Cocks, Laura, Chloe and all the trades, especially Mark our wonderful tiler. The end result is beautiful. The entire process was made so easy. The team from By Urban were so caring and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for our future kitchen renovations Thanks guys for a wonderful job well done. Lucy & Paul G.

Exceptional Renovations & Service - Highly Recommend By Urban! We have had the pleasure of working with By Urban over the last eight years for a significant number of renovations in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results and the entire experience. They have expertly remodeled our kitchen, main bathroom, laundry, ensuite, and installed new flooring throughout the whole house. From the very first project to the most recent, the team at By Urban has been consistently professional and has truly prioritised communication every step of the way. We always felt informed and involved. What really stands out is their ability to offer design solutions that are genuinely customised to our specific needs and preferences. They listened and delivered. The workmanship on every single project has been excellent – the quality is evident, and everything is just as we would hope. The entire process, from initial consultation to final handover, has always been seamless. End to end, we asked for what we wanted, and By Urban delivered. A huge thank you to the entire team at By Urban for their consistent effort, skill, and dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in Adelaide looking for high-quality home renovations.

To the By Urban Staff & Tradies We want to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to you all for your friendly professional service right throughout, from design to completion, of our recent bathroom, toilet and laundry renovations. Nothing was too much trouble or unsolvable and the results are stunning!! Renette - Interior Designer - loved what she designed, and a real pleasure to 'work' with! Chloe - Operation Manager - excellent communicator, kept us up-to-date every day re. what tradies were attending the next day, their time of arrival, etc. - just a joy to liaise with! Dave - Supervisor - very experienced tradie himself, great problem solver, regularly on-site, easy to converse with, top bloke! All the tradies - could name each one of them personally, all friendly, respectful, reliable, expert in their field, and neat and tidy with what they did. Overall it was a great experience for us with total satisfaction with our renovations, and we have no hesitation in recommending By Urban to anyone seeking a top class renovation experience. We have just upgraded our main bathroom, powder room (in the photos), en suite bathroom and small toilet room with the By Urban team. We are delighted with the final results. We did the renovations in two stages over 5 months. The communication was excellent, which made everything much easier. From the start were Renette's wonderful designs, Chloe's daily updates, the 2 Daves checking the work and Martin doing an excellent job of the tiling. All other trades did a great job as well. Plastic screens were used to ensure minimal dust went into other areas of the house. Thanks everyone that were involved, we are enjoying our new spaces very much.

We had By Urban do some work in our kitchen, followed by a total update of our main bathroom. They were great! From the design and quoting through to the actual work, we felt listened to and looked after. Laura's design work and help with the selections was amazing and Chloe is brilliant at letting you know what is going to happen each day. Really happy with all that they did.

From start to finish the renovation of my ensuite was perfect. Design process very helpful, work process extremely efficient and end result impressive. I was contacted each day to inform me of the proceedings for tomorrow, tradesmen of very high standard, consistent, punctual and very friendly; and always accommodating of small changes. This is really a 7 star service. Rob
