Capital Bathrooms

I highly recommend Capital Bathrooms. They have an amazing team of highly qualified tradesmen onboard. This company is very professional, well organized, smooth operating and very approachable and contactable. Look no further than this company!

Just had 2 Bathrooms renovated by Capital Bathrooms, it was a pleasure to work with them, nothing was too much of a bother. The trades were very professional and the finish product was amazing! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom Reno’s! Very happy customer!

I have just had Capital complete my refurbished ensuite. I cannot speak highly enough of the team as a whole, from Chloe to the carpenters, sparkies, to the tiling team. Prompt, efficient, tidy, accommodating are some of the words to describe their efforts. Special mention to Chloe - communication is very important to me when dealing with Tradies. And the tiling team, I had veining in my tiles, and the boys did a fine job in ensuring continuity tile to tile. As the pics show, I had a bomb site, and now ... well I will let the final pics speak for themselves

We had a fantastic experience with Capital Bathrooms. The team can be trusted to deliver a quality result, from design to implementation led by Dan and Joe, with excellent client management and communication from Chloe. We are in the process of buying another property for renovation and will be using Capital Bathrooms again.

Chloe is the best. Customer service top tier. She was so responsive and helpful.

We recently had a complete "rip everything out, strip the floors out and walls down to bare wood frames then redo everything" for our bathroom, toilet and laundry room. Capital were by far the best quote we received, not only in price but in the time they took to walk through every option and determine what we wanted. We had some quotes with the attitude of "This is trending so it'll help sell your house" but we are not looking to sell! Capital were quick to pick up our likes and dislikes and very quickly didn't bother suggesting things we wouldn't like, so the process was pretty painless. From picking tiles for the walls and floors, matching grout, picking new fixtures and everything else their focus was on what we wanted as an end result. The work started on time, the tradies were really excellent and went above & beyond. Extra care was taken not to damage our hardwood floors, we had one tiler decide that he wasn't happy with the pace so after asking our permission he came in and worked most of one Saturday! Another found a microscopic fracture in one wall tile - you couldn't see it until he rubbed some powder across the tile and on the 4th time it just barely showed up. He immediately removed & replaced the tile and went over and tested every single tile in all three rooms to make sure there were no tiles that weren't up to scratch! They cleaned up as well as possible at the end of every day and it was clear that they were seriously invested in making this as painless as possible. Given that we lost our toilet and bathroom for a few weeks they supplied a portable bathroom that they set up on our property. We expected some sort of porta-john but to our surprise it was a small but full bathroom that met with my wife's approval - a highly important factor! There was a lovely mirror, sink and vanity, a standard toilet plumbed into our water and sewerage and power for lighting and extraction fans. While we were of course happy to get our own toilet and shower back, this allowed us to stay at home and saved us a bundle if we'd have had to stay at a hotel! All throughout the process they would talk us through what the plan for the day was, how they were tracking and if any potential options arose they'd stop and ask what we wanted to do. From where to place the shower mixer to how long of a niche we wanted to which way to mount the hooks and many more decisions we were fully consulted and got what we wanted. If what we decided didn't match the plan then the plan got changed! Yes, some of the variations we requested wound up costing extra but that's only fair given that, as one example, we requested that the tiles in the laundry be extended higher than the original plan. The plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters & sparkie all worked together and were fully co-ordinated by Capital, we didn't have to do a thing! Another example of how they worked with us was the sparkie putting in an isolation switch for the lighted mirror in case the "on" light bothered us in the middle of the night, and installing a 5-gang switch so that it was very easy for us to determine which were the left, right and centre light switches. It was this attention to detail and their experience pointing out aspects and options we'd never even thought about that really have made this a fantastic renovation. All in all, we definitely got what we paid for and we are over the moon with the end result. They sent in a cleaner when it was all done to detail the rooms and she vacuumed the entire house! For the final inspection they decided to do a few minor touch-ups that to be honest we hadn't noticed - clearly perfectionism is a strong part of their work ethic. In closing, we would thoroughly recommend Capital for any renovations, they gave us exactly what we wanted and provided it with courtesy, consideration and great communication.

So pleased with our new bathrooms. The whole process was easy and seamless. Highly recommend capital bathrooms
