Craig Thorne Tiling Pty Ltd Registered Builder BKL

Had two bathrooms and a separate toilet totally renovated, along with the laundry floor and the kitchen splashback re-done. We are extremely happy with the outcomes including the excellent workmanship and project management by Craig. From the initial discussions about the scope of our work, to advice regarding best options for tiles and fixtures and fittings, through to ensuring a quality and timely outcome, Craig was an excellent person to work with. Highly recommended.

We couldn't be happier with the workmanship, professionalism and quality of our new ensuite. Santhe is meticulous with the design aspects and very detailed when finalising the planning phase. Craig takes that plan and with his expertise, knowledge and outstanding workmanship brings it all together for an excellent outcome. We would highly recommend Craig Thorne Tiling to anyone without hesitation who is considering a bathroom makeover.

Craig and Santhe were great to work with from start to finish. The quality of the work is top class and I would recommend them to anyone. Santhes input in design was wonderful and Craig and his team were above a professional standard. If you are looking for a bathroom renovation then you need to talk to Craig and Santhe.

Craig and Santhe make the perfect team when launching into a bathroom demolition and renovation. Santhe as design and supplier expert ensured that the project was completed on schedule and within budget. Craig as designer and builder completed our job with expertise and without fuss. Craig’s professional team of superb tradesmen demonstrated care and skill to more than satisfy our expectations. Our ensuite looks great and Craig might just be the cleanest tradesman ever. If you are looking for an excellent and brilliant outcome, Craig and Santhe are the people to contact.

If you want to renovate your bathroom, stop looking and call Craig Thorne right away! We have the bathroom of our dreams thanks to Craig and Santhe. Our tiny bathroom needed some TLC (as you can see from the before photo!) and with a smaller budget and small space, we didn't think much would be possible - how wrong we were! Santhe provided incredible design advice, with up to date expertise on product and fixtures and helped us every step of the way to make sure our bathroom was not only perfectly suited to our retro inspired needs, but met all building compliance standards (pretty important with rogue operators out there). As you can see from the video and photos, Craig's work is incredible - and as a highly experienced builder, Craig was professional, patient and has an unmatched attention to detail. Santhe's expert design advice is evident in every fitting and decision in this room. From start to finish, through design, product selection, admin/invoicing and of course, delivery of this reno, every step was easy and we knew we were in the right hands. To top it off, you won't find more kind and genuine people - Craig and Santhe are absolutely lovely. At the beginning, we'd gotten a few quotes from others - but none left us feeling as reassured or inspired as Craig and Santhe. We certainly made the right decision, and if you are reading this, we hope you do too! We can't thank you enough for our magical new bathroom!

Craig did a complete renovation on my (reasonably large) ensuite. Everything went to plan, and I am delighted with the finished job. I like the reno so much, I feel inclined to update the main bathroom too - and I would happily engage Craig to do that job. Craig and Santhe were always professional and friendly and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom reno. The one complaint I have is that the finish is so nice I have become almost ridiculously house proud and am spending much more time than previously, keeping it clean. I am hoping to overcome this slightly obsessive behaviour soon.

Sue and I would like to give a big thank you to Craig and Santhe for the wonderful work they did repairing the shower and the tiles in our bathroom. From the first contact with Santhe, to the completion of the work done by Craig, they were sensational. They are both five star plus. Thank you both again, the bathroom looks awesome.
