Fantastic job of getting our granite kitchen top supplied and fitted. Very happy with all aspects of the job including associated trades. Would highly recommend them.

I dont understand all these good reviews on line. How come my kitchen benchtops cost 3150 and my job is not perfect and I hate it.They did ring and chatted and explained how he wanted happy customers so (maybe he might come down and look at the job one day)

Looking at their reviews, D&A Woodworks obviously produces good work. Hence I went there for a small job. I was told it would be ready for me in one week when I got back from work (7 days). 10 days later and it still wasn't done and was told they are really busy. I understand that, and its a good thing in business, but don't tell the customer it will be ready in 7 days then change it to, i don't know when we can do it, as we are busy. Obviously the old fashioned customer service promises have gone out the window this time. Ive wasted 10 days waiting now and will probably have to wait another week at another business now. As I've decided to go somewhere else that will stick to their word. As mentioned before if you can't help walk ins within weeks, then don't say you can. I thank you for your apology, for not getting the job done in the time frame as you originally said you could, when picking up the wood that i supplied. Update, i found someone open Saturday morning and he did it in 30 minutes, now that's what you call good customer service 👏 It fits perfectly!
