We were very happy with our initial renovation with Hawk renovations, so chose to use the same team again for our ensuite. Once again, they delivered a great result. The process was smooth and well managed from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and maintained clear communication throughout, making everything straightforward and stress-free. From the first consultation to the final handover I was impressed with the professionalism, care and quality of workmanship from Christian and his team. I was kept informed at all times, about work, any unexpected issues and the timeline. I was given regular updates about work that had happened and what was next, including videos, texts and calls. This was reassuring and helpful in making decisions and planning. For me, communication was one of the standout experiences of the renovation. The builders were neat and tidy and I felt my home was treated with respect and care throughout the job. The service included detailed drawings/plans, interior design options and all building work, and no details or inclusions were left out of the quote, so I was able to budget accordingly. I was never presented with any issue that didn’t come with a solution. Additional costs were minimal and always justified with evidence and a reasonable explanation, which is important when renovating a house like mine. The whole renovation process was seamless and Hawk Renovations took care of everything. The final result is a high quality, beautiful renovation, delivered on time. I highly recommend Hawk Renovations and would happily use them again.

Christian and all the trades who worked on our ensuite with Hawke renovations delivered an excellent bathroom. Most importantly the waterproofing was done well. The site was kept very clean and tidy and the whole process was a pleasant experience. We are very happy with the ensuite.

Hawk Renovations carried out renovations to our Albury home that blossomed from basic modifications to bring it into line with NDIS guidelines for disabled occupants to a complete overhaul. The timber-framed dwelling was relocated from its original site at Tallangatta to Albury prior to the construction of the Hume Weir in the 1950's and exhibited all the quirks and unexpected difficulties and defects of a building from that era. The scope ultimately covered widening of all the internal doors, remodelling and fitout of the kitchen and bathroom, replacement of the external cladding, replacement of all light fittings, straightening of warped interior walls, a ramp from the street to the entrance porch and new gates. The changes in scope prolonged the construction period to over 5 months, due mainly to the increases in scope and finalisation of planning for the kitchen/bathroom modifications. External works were undertaken on a cost-plus basis, which is always attendant with risk and this proved the case with the external cladding which all had to be screwed into very tough hardwood. Christian and his team did a great job of the renovations, with the end result exceeding our expectations. We were kept well informed of progress and the need to respond to requests for information and the formalities of contract were fully addressed in a spirit of cooperation and professionalism. Christian himself was very helpful and courteous at all times, and will certainly have a better idea of what to expect when next he tackles a job like this one. We would recommend Hawk Renovations to anyone considering work of a similar nature.
