Indulge Renovations

We cannot speak highly enough of Alan and the team at Indulge Renovations. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional and exceeded every expectation we had. Alan worked closely with us to design our second lounge room, incorporating stunning custom cabinetry that perfectly accommodated my husband’s vintage record collection and audio equipment. The attention to detail and ability to blend functionality with beautiful contemporary design was truly impressive. What was once a chaotic playroom has now been transformed into a sophisticated multi-purpose family space that we use every single day. The design feels modern, warm and incredibly practical for family living, while still looking high-end and refined. In the main living room, one of our favourite features designed by Alan, is the incredible custom TV unit they designed and built. It conceals the television behind beautiful cabinet doors when not in use, complemented by a stunning curved marble accent feature. It created exactly the sophisticated, seamless effect we were hoping for and has become a real statement piece in our home. The consultation process throughout the project was outstanding. Alan genuinely listened to our ideas, understood our lifestyle needs and provided innovative design solutions we never would have thought of ourselves. Communication was excellent at every stage, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the renovation journey. In addition to the living spaces, the team also designed and coordinated custom wardrobes for our bedroom, again delivering cabinetry solutions that were both beautiful and cleverly customised to maximise the space. Every member of the team and trades involved were fantastic- friendly, professional, punctual and incredibly respectful of our home. They were consistently neat, organised and reliable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. End-to-end, the service provided by Indulge Renovations was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of workmanship, design expertise and customer care were outstanding. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and would recommend Alan and the team without hesitation to anyone looking for a premium renovation experience.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. From concept, design and build the team were fabulous and the project management was seamless. We had heard horror stories of bathroom renovations from friends – our experience was positive. A shout out to Li-Shan for her creative guidance (and listening to us!) and Paul, Project Manager was trustworthy and reliable. All tradies engaged were professional. We about to engage again for a en-suite reno and plans are underway for a kitchen reno further down the track. All with Indulge.

I am delighted to have chosen Indulge Renovations for my kitchen and powder room renovation. Emily took the time to understand my style and the character of my home, and she created a design that feels both refined and completely in harmony with the space. Emily was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, guiding me thoughtfully through every decision — from layout to finishes — and ensuring every detail was carefully considered. She was very calm and her considered approach made the entire experience less overwhelming than I anticipated. The quality of the tradespeople’s workmanship is exceptional, and the project was delivered with a high level of care and professionalism. The finished spaces feel elegant, cohesive, and delightfully tailored to my home and my style. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Indulge Renovations. I look forward to working with the Team again on the next part of my house.

We had the privilege of working with Li-Shan on the remodel of our two bathrooms and laundry, and the experience was exceptional. Li-Shan has an incredible design eye and an outstanding attention to detail. She communicated clearly and consistently with us throughout both the design and build process, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for design expertise paired with ease and professionalism, I highly recommend Indulge. In fact, we’ve already returned to Indulge for additional smaller projects around our home!

We loved our experience with Indulge Renovations and the team! Emily was beyond a delight to work with. She listened to what we wanted, and directed us on choices when needed. She helped settle our nerves when we were unsure and every interaction with her was enjoyable! The team who built our bathroom were kind, courteous and great to have around. We can not wait to reach out to Indulge again when we are ready for our next project.

We are so thankful to have discovered Indulge Renovations for our bathroom project which entailed converting 2 adjoining bathroom spaces into separate En Suite and family bathroom. Emily listened to our ideas carefully and guided us seamlessly through all the stages of the project from initial planning, layout, fittings, colours and finishes and managed the costing and implementation of the work. We are thrilled with the final outcome and highly recommend Indulge Renovations.

Indulge Renovations completed a full renovation of our two-bedroom apartment, including a complete kitchen and living area overhaul and two bathrooms (one with a laundry), and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. Alan was great to work with from start to finish, professional and approachable. Having him as both designer and project manager made the process far smoother. He helped shape our vision and ideas into a clear, cohesive design and guided us through choices in a calm, practical way. The quality of Alan’s builders and contractors really stood out. The workmanship is excellent, with a high level of finish, and any minor issues along the way were sorted without hassle. The renovation has completely transformed what was a tired apartment into a home we genuinely love living in. We’d happily recommend Indulge Renovations and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Alan again.
