Kitchens U Build Ballarat

We had Kitchens U Build install our kitchen, bathrooms, walk in robe and other robes in 2018. All have lasted superbly except one little drawer closer. When we asked about a replacement part, they came back (200 km round trip!) and replaced the whole drawer at no cost to us. Eight years later! Amazing!

We had our kitchen build just before Christmas 2025. Whilst there were a couple of hiccups, every thing was smoothly ironed out and the team went above and beyond to ensure we got the kitchen of our dreams. We are now having dinner parties and loving the space and cannot thank them enough for the professionalism and support. We are now looking to have other work done in our home based on the amazing experience.

We could not be more grateful for the team at KUB Ballarat . From the day I walked in with no idea where to start I was guided all the way to the finish. Their communication is top standard and I was always kept informed with updates along the way. After a few set back on our behalf the kitchen was not going to make the time frame I had originally organised but the team at KUB were nothing but understanding and put no pressure on us . We are so happy with the final result and will definitely be back in the future.

The team at KUB are first class. Embarking on a kitchen upgrade can be daunting and expensive. We were impressed with the product range and trades KUB recommended. They are so organised and go above and beyond to ensure measurements are accurate before installation. We had a delay with delivery of our kitchen sink and KUB was so flexible to ensure our substrates were cut so the stone benchtop onsite measurement date wasn't delayed. No pictures for this review yet as we're heading back to KUB for more work on our kitchen. For now, you'll have to take my word for it that it looks amazing. Stay tuned for the finished product.

From on-boarding, to keeping us in the loop with what's happening or what is going to happen, Stacey and Jane have been absolute gems! Garrett, Gary and Paul have been absolute legends in terms of completing the de-constructing (the old kitchen) and installing the new one. Older house with potential hiccups… not a problem; smooth sailing all the way! Setting realistic timelines and keeping to them, proves they know their business Attention to details: second to none! Although not a big kitchen, Garrett and Paul have delivered an outstanding result.

We couldn't be any more happier with the experience and prompt service. Very professional and helpful with the whole process. Thank you 😊

We had a brilliant experience with the team at KUB Ballarat and their teamwork with Cartledge Carpentry to bring our vision to life, all to a very tight schedule and within budget. Stacey, Nikita, Cam, Aimee and Gareth worked seamlessly with Dom, Tom and their supporting trades to measure, design, demolish, install and fit out our new kitchen - completing the entire job ( (which included other work to the property) within 7 weeks. Our kitchen and laundry area have been completely transformed and we are so impressed with the result. We’d happily use their services again and we are so grateful for their service and professionalism.
