⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently worked with Luke’s Renovations for my bathroom renovation in Annandale and had an incredibly positive experience. From the initial site visit and quote, Luke was professional, communicative, and helped me navigate the strata process very efficiently. There’s a lot of documentation involved, and he was lightning fast with all of it. I had plenty of questions about products and processes, and Luke always gave clear, helpful answers. He offered options he knew would work, while leaving the aesthetic direction up to me, which I really appreciated. Luke and Samy managed the project smoothly from day one, and we finished three days ahead of schedule (almost unheard of in renovation world), which made the whole process far less stressful. Every trade was really friendly, communicative, and did an impeccable job; from demo, plumbing, and electrical through to waterproofing, tiling, joinery install, shower screen, and final fit-off. I felt informed every day with updates, videos and photos. The team also handled creative problem-solving really well - for example, when I ordered the wrong size floor drain, they adjusted seamlessly and the end result is perfect. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. Luke and his team good humoured, respectful of the space and kept things tidy throughout. Luke and his team did an incredible job renovating two of our bathrooms and transforming our laundry and powder room into a study. The work was completed incredibly quickly, and the final standard was excellent. Luke was very responsive the entire time, even replying to our messages late at night to keep everything on track. He stuck exactly to his original quote, with the only variations being the few extra things we chose to add on along the way. We are thrilled with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Luke is the king of coordinating trades - he runs a tight ship with a very streamlined program and experienced trades with whom he has worked with for years and who respect him completely , meaning there is minimal downtime - very impressive service.
