Melbourne Kitchens and Bathrooms PTY LTD

Lucas and Tamara were excellent. If I could give them more stars I would. From the very first conversation, they were professional and went well above my expectations. They took care of everything and all I had to do was choose the fixtures and fittings I wanted. They both were always available to answer any questions I had and kept me constantly updated on progress. Would easily recommend them to friends and family.

Couldn't be happier! Lucas went the extra mile to make sure our renovation went well. He only brings in the best specialists to work with him, all with top levels of expertise and care. Their work is to the highest standards and he takes the time to explain things and to adapt plans where necessary to get the best results. He cares so much about your project that it honestly feel like he's working on his own home!

I highly recommend Melbourne Kitchens and Bathrooms. Lucas has a real eye for detail and everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. Tamara was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom.

The team at Melbourne Kitchens & Bathrooms recently renovated our kitchen, and were knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Every tradesman involved was an expert at what they do and so wonderful to deal with - we really felt that we were getting the best possible service. They listened closely to our budget requirements and didn’t pressure us into spending on things we weren’t prepared to. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result, and intend to work with the team again on future projects.

My husband and I bought an apartment in a small block and inherited a hidden leak issue that forced us to embark on a bathroom renovation. We decided to use this opportunity to transform our home including the separate toilet, hallway linen cupboard, and bedroom. We already knew we wanted to work with MKB because they had done an amazing job on my friend's house. But just to be sure, we got a few quotes to compare. From the first meeting with Lucas we knew we had to go with MKB. He listened well (quote was extremely detailed and captured everything), communicated well, and offered ideas to complement our vision for our home. The design process was well organised and fun. We got to pick our fixtures, tiles, colours with the guidance of an interior designer at a showroom. Then came the drafting phase which took some back and forths to get the details right. We were learning on the fly and Tamara was helpful and patient with us. During this time we also received guidance from Sam on the team to help us get our external drain pipe approved by the body corporate committee, which was no easy feat! The reno itself took around 7 weeks and Lucas kept us updated every step of the way. We were anxious about the leak and the team worked together to finally locate it and fix the problem. Lucas worked quickly to come up with solutions to help us repair the areas affected by the water damage. We only had to extend the timeline by a week! MKB have assembled a great team. Everyone who came on the project did such a good job and it was a highlight for us to be able to pop in here and there to see the progress and ask questions to learn. The peace of mind that comes from working with such a competent and reliable team is priceless. Thank you Lucas, Tamara and the team for going above and beyond!

It's very daunting deciding to renovate and even more so choosing a builder. As soon as Lucas came to quote, he put my mind at ease. It was very doable and wouldn't be a problem. I honestly cannot fault Lucas and Tamara. They were so organised and contactable. Offering solutions, explaining the process and generally just putting my mind at ease. All the workers were lovely, tidy, and the project finished so quickly. Thank you for my new bathroom, laundry and kitchen they are the best! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melbourne Kitchens and Bathrooms, keep up the awesome work.
