We are thrilled with our new bathroom from MyBuild Residential. The workmanship was exceptional, and the team was professional, clean, and reliable throughout the project. The estimating and quoting process was excellent, with transparent pricing and no surprises. Even during the fuel crisis, they honoured their original quote, which demonstrated real integrity and commitment to their customers. A special mention to the site manager, who was outstanding, approachable, highly organised, and always easy to communicate with. We felt informed and supported throughout the entire project. ***EDIT*** They get worse and worse - after the shower broke under warranty, MyBuild refused to provide the receipt to Beaumont Tiles to process a warranty claim for it. They're just such a rough and rude company to deal with - totally unprofessional. Initially a good experience, but when they botched my bathroom renovation they had to come back multiple times leaving me with a construction and with still no resolution. CCTV footage shows their employee accidentally breaking a whole stack of honed marble tiles. When I discovered they used these broken tiles for the job, I contacted them and MyBuild took no responsibility and tried to tell me they were 'natural cracks' in thr marble. I had to get a marble specialist in to tell them that honed tiles do not have cracks in them filled with grout! After threatening legal action they reluctantly came back to replace the cracked tiles. But it turns out they only replaced half of them as they ran out of non broken tiles! They are not taking responsibility and purchasing new tiles.. Plus the tiler used a different coloured grout. So for a nearly $50,000 bathroom renovation I'm left with a worn out half destroyed looking bathroom and their only advice is to contact QBCC to force them to fix the defects. QBCC did not get involved to do the investigation as I refused to let the owner of MyBuild onto the property. So in summary: great sales people who have good PR skills, but if anything goes wrong with the job, you will be left on your own. Beau (owner of my build), if you're reading this do the right thing - buy a new pack of tiles and finish the job I paid you for.

MYBUILD are fantastic. They recently renovated our whole bathroom. From start to finish, everyone was professional. Deb was great with communication and ensuring we were informed every step of the way. Our site manager Ben, was great. Always on top of things before any issues could happen.
