Craig, Tash and the team completely transformed our 90s home, which previously lacked design cohesion and made poor use of space, into a modern and highly functional living environment. Through thoughtful reconfiguration of walls and clever use of previously wasted hallway areas, we were able to significantly increase our usable internal space. The interior design across the bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and master bedroom is truly exceptional, with every detail carefully considered. The team guided us through the entire design process and selections, making it an enjoyable and engaging experience. Working on our home in stages while we continued to live there could have been challenging, but the team made it seamless. They were consistently respectful, exceptionally clean, and highly considerate of our family’s needs throughout the build. Our home has been completely transformed, and we couldn’t be more grateful to NEWR for the outstanding experience and result.

Craig, Phoebe and the team at ACT Renovations were wonderful. Not only did they produce a beautiful finished product that we are very happy with, but during the works they maintained outstanding communication. We were always kept up to date on what was happening, and all of the trades were pleasant and more than happy to answer any questions along the way. A pigs ear into a silk purse. Everything that I have read in other reviews is true. Craig and his team were easy to work with and delivered a product that far exceeded expectations. There is nothing that I do not like about my renovated home. the difference that the full-house renovation made is like night and day. The process was easy, even though I was living in another state when we began. Craig and the team helped with ideas and kept me informed of progress through the BuilderTrend app. The app meant that I could log in at anytime to communicate with the team and view photos of what was happening. The after build care has been excellent too. If you want to upgrade your living space - do yourself a favour - give ACT Renovations a call. You will be so glad that you did.

From the first time we walked in the office and met Craig, our journey with ACT Renovations has been the best. The process is simple to understand and stepped us through the many stages and decisions with ease. Kaitlin was amazing, providing us with a range of options for our tight space and helping us to think outside of the box a bit, and oh so patient with us changing our minds so many times. The site crew were friendly and efficient and got on with each as if they were family. It was a joy to have them in the house (we miss them a little bit now the job is finished). They even cleaned up at the end of each day and provided photos in the portal which gave a great record of progress. We are super happy with our new bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite. Can't recommend ACT Renovations highly enough. They created a fantastic bedroom/ensuite/WIR space that we are extremely happy with. All work was finished to a very high standard and with meticulous attention to detail and quality. Communication was easy and they were highly responsive at all times. ACT Renovations undertook a renovation of our main bathroom and ensuite. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but didn’t have the time or expertise to project manage the renovations ourselves. Having one company who could manage the whole thing for us took a lot of the stress out of our renovations, and the knowledge and experience of the ACT Renovations team meant that we ended up with even better bathrooms than we imagined. Craig provided us with a comprehensive quote which incorporated all of the features we wanted and was fully itemised which meant that we didn’t have any surprises in terms of the final cost. Bella’s designs, and tweaks to our original ideas, resulted in functional and beautiful spaces. Her assistance during the selection of tiles and fittings made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming. Brad managed the trades very efficiently and the use of the Buildertrend app meant we had ready access to the schedule, photos of each stage of the work, and all of our documentation in one place. All trades were very professional and completed their work to a high standard. They were great to deal with, arrived on time, took a lot of care with our home, tidied up at the end of every day, and discussed any minor changes needed throughout. The end result is beautiful, practical bathrooms that are a pleasure to use. We couldn’t be happier! ACT Renovations updated our house in Curtin, they fully renovated the bathroom, main bedroom and ensuite, pantry and laundry and created a mudroom in the entry. We love the new look to our home. We found all the staff and contractors to be highly professional, friendly and obliging. They were open to make changes to the original plan and had great design suggestions. Any little issues that occurred along the way were dealt with quickly and the work areas were tidied up at the end of each day making it easier for us to stay in the house during the reno.
