No. 1 Lady Tradie

No. 1 Lady Tradie was established in 2017 and has over 10 years of service in renovations. It services Adelaide and surrounding areas. Daisy Smark is a qualified builder at the company, and Ally Modra is a cabinet maker. The company's vision is to provide an opportunity for girls and women in the construction industry. No. 1 Lady Tradie offers kitchen, bathroom, flooring and painting services.

Renovations delivered by this Adelaide crew cover kitchens and bathrooms alongside painting, tiling and laundry updates, and the accounts gathered describe a team that remains approachable and communicative throughout. Ally, Daisy, Kara, Bek and Julia appear by name, with Julia credited for coordinating the schedule. Reviewers often mention punctuality and reliability, arriving when promised and working quickly while maintaining care, and one project is described as completed on schedule and to agreed specifications. The standard of the finished result draws consistent praise, whether installing new kitchens, tiling splashbacks, replacing dated benchtops and tiles, transforming laundries or repainting whole houses, with attention to detail called superb and workmanship considered particular.

Tidiness recurs as an observation, the tradespeople described as thoughtful and respectful while working in occupied homes, and even a resident dog is noted as welcoming them. Advice given during discussions about which concepts would suit is valued, and pricing is characterised as sensible for the quality delivered. Honesty, trustworthiness and open communication are also highlighted, with nothing considered too difficult, and customers indicate they would engage the team again for flooring and further renovation work.
