We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Ross joinery and could not be happier with the results. The attention to detail on the benchtops, splashback and custom cabinetry is flawless.

Our original Kitchen was done by Ross Joinery Kitchens 38 years ago , so we figured it was time for an upgrade. We also added a Laundry renovation , 2 new robes and 1 set of robe doors. The quality of work was exceptional in all areas. So it was a no brainer to go back to the original source. The team at Ross Joinery Kitchens was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient .Working with them, entirely streamlined our renovation. Ross Joinery Kitchens in Garbutt - This was the worst renovation experience we've ever had. We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this company. Initially, we planned to order from them not only the kitchen and laundry, but also the renovation of two bathrooms. After what happened, we would never trust them with any future work. They started the project knowing that the necessary materials, especially the splashback were missing, but proceeded with the work anyway without proper planning. At the very beginning, we were left for the weekend without kitchen and laundry taps, without a cooktop. This happened on the eve of Easter, and despite repeated calls and requests, we were left without a cooktop for almost a month, including the entire holiday period. They also damaged our internet and security system by cutting cables and installing the wrong connector, leaving us without internet for three weeks. We had to call a Telstra technician ourselves and pay extra money just to restore our own internet access. But it wasn’t just a matter of money—being without internet for three weeks created enormous stress and serious daily inconvenience. Our security system was also affected, making the situation even worse. When the splashback finally arrived after three weeks instead of one, it was scratched and the laundry splashback was 5cm shorter than agreed. Instead of reducing the final amount because of the improperly installed range hood, the incorrect splashback size, and the scratched splashback, the total price magically increased by $1,100. When we asked what exactly these additional costs were for, there was no clear answer. No apology, no responsibility, no respect for the customer. We were also told that if we wanted to replace the correct size, we would have to wait another two weeks after we had been living in these conditions for several weeks. They refused to install the rangehood saying it was "too complicated" and suggested leaving it as a fake decorative item rather than a working appliance. Instead of enjoying our new kitchen and laundry room, we were left with stress, frustration, added expense, and complete unprofessionalism. This company has demonstrated poor planning, poor workmanship and zero respect for their customers. I would never recommend Ross Joinery Kitchens in Garbutt to anyone.
