Exceptional service, value for money and a rare eye for detail by a tradesman who takes pride in their work. S&E Cabinets have recently completed two full kitchens for our rentals with a third to be ordered in the not too distant future. An eye for detail and quality workmanship which will shine through for many years to come. Cabinetry made by Shane in our own home many years ago still looks as good as the day Shane made and installed them, which is why we ordered the rental property kitchens through S&E Cabinets. A true craftsman with a lot of care and consideration for our family. Shane went above and beyond to help in every aspect of renovating the kitchen with as little disturbance as possible. Mother had custom cabinets ordered and installed in lounge room of the house I currently live in. Took 5 months for them to get back to her about anything, then 3 days for them to install. Day one they went for lunch at 12:30 and Shane said they would be an hour for lunch and get some more supplies. No problem. 3 hours later they come back without so much as an explanation or apology, then finally finish up for the day at 7pm. They leave the lounge room covered in saw dust and nails, and leaving a step ladder behind, resulting in an unliveable area for my 1 year old to play in. Second day Shane himself said they would be back at 8:30am to start again. 3:30pm comes and only one guy comes back to finish up the cabinets until 7pm. Yet again, no explanation or apology for being so late. Holes were cut into the ceiling cornices but never filled in. Shane said to me he would organise a plasterer to come by and fix it as ‘it wasn’t part of the initial quote’. Comes by today to take some ‘measurements for the plasterer’ and then decides to take all the sliding cupboard doors because he got a stern email from my mother telling him off for constant calls at 20 past 2 on the MORNING. She lives in an area with dodgey reception. She has a payment schedule set up but apparently Shane thinks punishing the tenant over his disputes with the landlord is an acceptable business practice. The shelves that are now exposed because of the lack of cupboard doors are not secure, and my son has already pulled one out on himself. Once again my lounge room is unsafe for my child. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went in to get a quote for a job about 2 months ago, wasted 20 odd minutes sorting out materials, colors and measurements, they said quote would be a few days, still haven’t heard, I’d be going elsewhere.
