Spot on Bathrooms

Spot on Bathrooms is a family-run bathroom renovation business based in Newcastle. It has over 10 years of experience in the bathroom renovation industry. The business is a small operation and serves the Newcastle, Hunter, Maitland, Nelson Bay and Lake Macquarie region. Sam is named in customer reviews as leading the team. Spot on Bathrooms offers full bathroom renovation, ensuite and powder room services. All bathrooms come with a 7 year warranty.

Punctuality and an orderly build are the threads that run through the feedback for this Newcastle bathroom renovation company, with customers describing jobs that finished when promised and stayed within the figures agreed at the outset. Sam, who appears in almost every account, is presented as approachable and professional, steering homeowners through planning and design choices and shaping loose ideas into a bathroom they are pleased with. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the standard of workmanship, especially the care taken over fine detail, alongside a quote regarded as competitive and a build delivered exactly as discussed.

Tidiness recurs as well: the team is said to leave the site tidy at the close of each day and to show consideration for the home while work is under way. Communication during and after the project draws praise, as does the courtesy of Sam and Luke, described as helpful from the first call through to the finish. Work mentioned includes full upstairs bathrooms, a separate toilet and a downstairs renovation planned next, indicating that customers come back for more. Several reviewers call the process seamless, with no request treated as a burden.
