The Bathroom Company

The Bathroom Company did a fantastic job with our bathroom & laundry! Thank you Andrew, Nathan and all your team. Your communication throughout was excellent. We really appreciated your 'can do' attitude and willingness to discuss options. You made sure we were completely happy with the job at the end. Hot tip, if anyone plans on getting a bath we highly recommend getting insulation put in around it!

We recently had our entire bathroom and laundry fully gutted and re-done by The Bathroom Company. Their communication, expertise and professionalism was so great from our initial enquiry all the way through til the end of the job. Andrew was great in answering our questions and making suggestions during the planning/quote process. Our particular thanks also to Nathan the foreman, where nothing was ever a problem and he explained things to us in a way we could understand - to help us make informed decisions on some of the smaller details of our reno's. We are so glad to have used The Bathroom Company to do our reno's and would not hesitate to recommend them!

It's been just over a year since my bathroom renovation with The Bathroom Company - so plenty of time to have test driven it before commenting. Short version - Brilliant / 5 Stars! Longer version - great support throughout the project. Very patient, with good advice as I worked through the exact design I wanted. I was going from two rooms into one in a 1965 build and wanted to avoid shower screens and add storage. I had great advice on product selection - landing me in an affordable quality space. The project took just under four weeks from start to finish, with the management and design team coming back to check during the demo and build, as well as afterwards. The house was also left clean and tidy at the end of every day, making it livable during the works.

Really happy with the outcome of our renovation. We had our laundry, WC and bathroom upgraded. Our initial quote with Andrew was great, he explained the process to us, helped us resolve issues and responded promptly with patience to all my queries. Once work began we had Nathan as our foreman who was very accommodating. He was very conscious of minding the doors to keep the dogs safe and called often to talk me through decisions and provide updates. The team were very clear on how variations would impact the work and very prompt to implement them. They had a very high eye for compliance and detail, giving us the confidence that our new rooms are safe and will last. The team worked weekends to make up time and met the timeline of four weeks for a functional bathroom, so we could get out of the portable ensuite. Overall, very satisfied and worth every dollar. Thanks team!

We are part way through our bathroom renovation, but felt it appropriate to share our experience so far. Andrew worked with us on multiple plans and quotes to find an approach and budget that suited our needs. His transparent and professional approach made it a clear choice, compared with several other companies we sought quotes from. The build so far has been a breeze. Nathan as the builder clearly has a great reputation and relationship with each of the trades and is happy to advocate for the best possible outcome for us as the clients. We made some fabulous changes based on his recommendations (for example, tile direction) and the outcome has been fabulous. He is cleslry committed to deliveringa high quality project - he has spent hours trying to match wood colour with another in the house. We've also had more than a few changes of minds throughout the process. Nathan and Andrew have worked with us and it feels like no ask is too silly, big or small. Worth noting that The Bathroom Company was not the cheapest (or most expensive), however seeing the workmanship and the commitment to delivering on our vision is well worth it. Highly recommend 👌

Some interesting design decisions in an 80s extension left us with an asbestos-sheeted laundry/bathroom with external access. The Bathroom Company came up with a great design, separating the two rooms and making the best possible use of the area. They took care of everything and we're really happy with how it's turned out. Nathan the builder was fantastic, and Kai's tiling is top notch. Any issues or design/placement decisions were communicated straight away with options on how to handle them, which made the whole thing pretty stress-free. Came in on time too. We'd highly recommend them.

We have had a great experience with Andrews team completing our 2 bedroom renovation into a master plus luxury ensuite. Our forman Nathan did a wonderful job and has excellent communication skills. The tilers were even better than we imagined, and the entire team brought our vision to life.
