Urban Pro Builders

Urban Pro Builders is a family-owned renovation builder based in Townsville. The company was established in 2011. The owner and operator is Drihan, who is a licensed builder, carpenter and under tile waterproofer. The company has over 25 years of experience in the field. It is a member of Master Builders Queensland and the Australian Insurance Builders Network. It is a registered NDIS provider. The company is fully licensed and insured, and so are all its subcontractors.

Urban Pro Builders specialises in bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations and insurance work. It has experience repairing residential and commercial buildings affected by Cyclone Yasi in 2011, the Brisbane floods in 2011, Cyclone Debbie in 2017, and the Townsville floods in 2019. The company offers NDIS home modification services including installing ramps, widening doorways, renovating bathrooms and renovating kitchens. It hires Kanga Loaders only with an operator.

Bathroom renovation projects in Townsville form the backdrop to the feedback that Urban Pro Builders has gathered, with customers describing work on ensuites, full bathrooms and custom jobs such as decking. Drihan is named repeatedly as the tradesman who oversees the work, and reviewers consistently note his punctuality, from the first site visit and quote through to the finished room. A handful of customers describe the attention to detail as a defining feature of the workmanship, with bathrooms completed to a standard that matched or exceeded expectations.

Clear quoting is another theme: one household mentions receiving a written quote within a week of the initial survey, and another notes that the job was finished within the agreed timeframe and the quoted amount. Communication before and after the work is mentioned often, with customers saying they felt informed throughout the project. Tidiness and a friendly, professional manner on site also come up. The team's willingness to take on broader renovation work, including custom builds and outdoor structures, appears in feedback alongside the core bathroom projects, and the same care is said to carry across each job.
