Wet Area Renovations & Resurfacing

Wet Area Renovations and Resurfacing was founded in 2013 by Ken Tembo and has 11 years of experience in wet areas. The company serves the Geelong region, including Torquay, Ocean Grove, Belmont, Highton, Grovedale, Clifton Springs, and Lara. It provides bathroom, kitchen, and laundry renovations. The company offers a one-stop-shop for renovation needs including demolition, building, plumbing, electrical, plastering, waterproofing, and tiling. It specialises in in-situ resurfacing, crack repairs, and complete remodels. No-obligation quotes are available.

Workmanship and communication emerge as the constants in feedback about this Geelong bathroom renovation and resurfacing specialist. A handful of customers describe entire bathrooms and ensuites being reworked, with one account covering a project managed remotely from Melbourne, where the tradesperson listened carefully and kept the client informed at every stage so the finished result matched the brief. A recurring point is the resurfacing of shower bases and the resealing of showers that had cracked or deteriorated, including a repair that had previously failed after nine months and was still holding up years later.

A number of reviews mention Ken by name, describing him as professional, friendly, thorough and genuinely engaged in the work, someone who assessed each area and explained what was required before starting. Speed also features, with tight timeframes met and jobs completed across a couple of days when the schedule demanded it. Pricing is described as fair and quoted clearly, and the finish is consistently reported as looking new, with fresh seals and silicone. Tidiness and care during the work, along with advice offered before and after completion, come up as well. The same names and the same standard of finish recur across the accounts.
