Justin never got back to us after numerous messages left and phone calls made. Horrendous customer assistance.

Justin came around 4 weeks ago and looked at a small kitchen reno and said a quote would arrive later that week. We’ll after several phone calls and text messages with no response we have now had it done by someone else. Definitely would not recommend this local business.

Justin was an unreliable and even not able to provide a standard customer service. He never answered a phone and called back when we left several message to get a quote as he promised. We tried to support local business but just wasting our time. Definitely NOT recommended.

Justin was very patient with getting the design and layout exactly how I wanted it. Very happy with the results. Nothing was too much trouble.

Service Plus at Ideal Kitchens. I was replacing my oven in my 25 year old kitchen. I was trying my best to match colours with the fascia. Whilst it was only a small piece I needed they bent over backwards to make sure I was looked after. Thankyou

My initial dealings with Richard were wonderful, prompt service and very friendly, if I could give Richard a 5 star, I would. Unfortunately, I am writing this review as Justin is passive aggressive, bringing in personal attacks when discussing the workmanship. In my opinion a new kitchen benchtop should not have to be replaced within 22 months due to water around the sink / joins closer to the middle of the table if it was sealed correctly. This is not my reason for my 1 star rating. I contacted Justin to discuss a payment plan (total amount paid within 4 weeks of the work being completed) and he was straight out condescending. "How nice of you to replace the benchtops for your new tenants". "Does your husband not have the guts to deal with me anymore". Just a suggestion Justin, I am sure that if you spoke to your customers in a nicer way, you would receive a better result. We are reasonable and respectful people, who always pay monies owed in a reasonable time.
