CANBUILD handles bathroom renovations in Townsville, and the accounts left by clients consistently centre on the work of Craig, who is named throughout the feedback. Reviewers describe him as reliable, honest and easy to deal with, and several note that the pricing was fair rather than inflated. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the standard of the finished result, with customers referring to high quality workmanship and bathrooms that ended up looking bigger and better than before. One client records that a single-bathroom house was converted into a two-bathroom home, while another mentions a small bathroom being completely reworked.

Communication is another recurring theme: people appreciated being kept informed each afternoon about what had been completed that day, and the selection and decision process was made straightforward, with helpful suggestions offered along the way. Cleanliness and a professional manner are mentioned repeatedly, as is Craig's willingness to work around the household while the job was underway. Customers also highlight his knowledge of bathroom work and the advice he provided on the project, with the experience described as well managed from the initial quote through to the finished room.
