Crystal Bathrooms was such an amazing experience! From first contact and quote, to design, to building, to delivering the final product, they provided exceptional service. You can tell its high end, and even got a gift pack on completion! Any issues we saw, no matter how minor, could always pick up the phone and speed dial the project manager. They were all fixed and addressed, and even beyond, the quality is top notch. And you weren't made to feel wrong for raising small imperfe here or there, it was fixed super professionally. All the tradies too, who came through, were super nice and trustworthy, you had no scruples leaving your house in their hands. Great experience.

Although they are probably more expensive than others. The level of service is worth it. James was an incredible project manager. Nothing deterred him or flustered him. Nothing was too much and he was extremely responsive to questions and texts. My only advise would be to check all the fixtures, ( sinks,lights, taps etc)in person - before agreeing to them in contract.make sure they are at the quality level you are happy with. All in all good job.

We have a lovely new bathroom. We have an old house so there were a few hiccups along the way. The original floor didn’t survive and there was damage to the walls in adjoining rooms with the recabling so it cost quite a bit more than expected. However our excellent project manager James Khoury helped us navigate the challenges with the various trades and with the company and we are happy with the result.

Crystal Bathrooms recently completed a full refurbishment of our ensuite bathroom and laundry which included the installation of a new shower in the laundry and upgrades to the guest toilet and vanity at the laundry area. They took great care from the start, covering all the walkways to protect our floor upstairs and downstairs. Every tradesperson was respectful, tidy and committed to delivering a high standard. Throughout the process, communication was clear and transparent and we always knew what stage was coming next and any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly. There were a few additional items identified along the way, and whilst these came with extra cost, the team discussed everything with us upfront, and we mutually agreed on the variations before any work proceeded. The project ran close to schedule, whilst workmanship across all areas was good and if there was an issue which required rectification, it was promptly actioned. A big thank you to James Khoury who managed most of the works and provided outstanding customer service. Overall, the ensuite and laundry areas now feel modern and beautifully finished, whilst the laundry is now far more functional with the added shower, and the guest toilet and vanity has now tied the whole place together. Finally, Crystal Bathrooms delivered exactly what they promised. We are very happy with the quality of the renovation and will definitely be obtaining a quote later in the year to upgrade our main bathroom.

We used Crystal bathrooms to renovate our main bathroom. They helped us from start to finished along the whole process including designing and selecting materials to managing the trades day to day. We were very happy with the final product and the communication during the project. Would recommend them to others.
