Totally recommend DLK in Coffs Harbour!! Our kitchen experience was amazing. Deborah in Coffs was the best admin project manager to hold our hand through this. Lots of follow up calls when we needed them. Well done. The process was great. From the design and customisation, to the the install itself and the final tweaking and polishing - we were delighted and cared for all the way. They had to rework and capture space in a tricky area. And it was absolutely spot on! Well done. Great design, great execution, great service and follow through. (I know kitchens are touchy, particularly for middle aged women, and very personal, particularly for middle aged women, and stuff can happen. But you'd have to be a jerk (or a Karen!) not to like these folks and love the work they do.) The cost was well within our budget too. There were a few minor reworks that needed to happen, and they were on to it quickly and with zero fuss. The final result is a beautifully designed, crafted and installed kitchen. Thanks to DLK, and specifically Deb and Snowy here in Coffs.

This product stinks! Well we did the design process for our new home in Coffs Harbour(Hopwood builder) with Marcus(now retired hmmm?); this was ok, but mind you he ignored many of the features we requested, result is the finished kitchen had approximation only of what we asked for...would have let this slide but overall installation and follow up well, was none existent, nobody returned calls of attended for period of 6 weeks; needed to engage another trade to rectify and finish , this was dishwasher trims and plinths , and also microwave recess which had no backing!, marks and blemishes on doors not picked up in manufacture; this reflects their quality control as sloppy; Now the bin cabinet has no ventilation and continually starts to small like a compost pile; we change the bag every day, but still no improvement; I rang these guys again and request something be done , i.e. install vents or?, the response was "use a scented bin liner" and attitude just not interested and just stop bothering us. They have no customer loyalty, service, and warranty backup in any shape, as above their attention to quality assurance is totally lacking, numerous defects at installation. given the dollars spent on this by us I really hope this review takes all Coffs Harbour and surrounds business from their door. Look elsewhere, and I so advise....

I just wanted to take a minute to write a positive review for the lovely man who replaced my kitchen cupboard doors this morning! (Greenbank, 4124, 7:00am on 24/11). We build through Brighton, and some of the cupboard doors needed replacing. I can’t remember the guys name, but he was professional, on time, kind and very pleasant to talk to! It’s so nice to have such great customer service. High value employee - hopefully many raises in stall for him ☺️ Lucy & Bailey.

Do not use this company. We have had issue after issue and their customer service is woeful. They sent some of the cupboard doors in the butlers pantry with the wrong finish, the bench top for the pantry was delayed and NO ONE communicated this to us. It was the delivery driver who informed us when he delivered the rest of the kitchen. The measurements from the plan we were given (those measurements were also confirmed with DLK by our builder before install) were NOT the measurements that actually ended up in our kitchen. Their installer did a shoddy job and I had to ring every week to try and get it fixed. It took months and months. When we finally got everything sorted we are now having issues with drawers not closing properly. I have called and called and get no answer as to when this issue can be rectified. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Edit - my Google name is not my actual name. I am in Armidale and my issue with the drawers is ongoing, I spoke with Lisa about it today.

Awful! Used the Panda Kitchens section and would never recommend. Can’t get them back to fit off, defects On the original install that won’t be rectified, deny insurance because they use sub contractors, just dodgy loop holes and poor supply. Demand payment in full before even delivering the product so now just can’t get them back. Don’t trust them for a second! Jason has been on holiday for months so the designer just isn’t around to communicate with on what we had asked for compared to what was delivered. An absolute embarrassment.

Our kitchen renovation was just the worst decision we made getting it done from this installer. We waited and waited for the kitchen to come and it got delayed many times. Not just that we had many many problems with installing it because there were so many problems with the measurements that were taken by the guy who ran the Coffs showroom. Even though it was his mistakes not once he owned up to them. It was so very hard dealing with these kitchen company . Highly don’t recommend getting a kitchen done from these people but if you want to wait many months to get your kitchen completed that’s your choice.. They expect you to pay the full amount before the delivery of the kitchen but then don’t even help when things go down towards the ground. Not once they have asked about the kitchen and if there were any problems you have to keep calling yourself and still get no help. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND!!!

The absolute worst and most frustrating kitchen we have ever, almost completed. We are almost 150 days into this kitchen reno, which we were informed would take no more than 10 days and it is still not completed. The quality is extremely poor (See pictures) and is falling apart before our eyes and is still unable to be used. They have been reported to fair trade by myself and I wish I could negative stars to reflect my disappointment. You want to shop local until the locals do this to you. Please be warned if you proceed with this company that what you see in the show room is not what you get in your home. Much cheaper and better quality elsewhere.
