Recurring across the feedback for this Launceston tile and bathroom renovation specialist is the strength of the advice provided in store, with Nathan singled out repeatedly for his thorough approach and willingness to walk customers through tile colour and design options. Reviewers describe the tiles themselves as beautiful and of high quality, a point that comes up often among those who have used the range across multiple rooms, including bathrooms, toilets and laundries, with several indicating they returned for kitchen selections after earlier projects.

The combination of supply and installation is noted as a particular convenience, and the installers are described as friendly and efficient, with the work completed to a standard that matches the materials chosen. Communication is another theme, with customers describing the process as straightforward from the initial consultation through to completion.

The service is consistently described as helpful and pleasant, and the overall experience leads many to state they would use the business again for future renovation work. A recurring detail in the accounts is the breadth of choice available in store, which allows customers to match tiles to several rooms within the one project, supported by guidance on colour and finish that reviewers credit with helping them achieve the result they wanted for their homes.
