Hayden from DOS Constructions has just completed two jobs that I engaged him to do and I am absolutely delighted with the result of both of them. After doing some research to find a builder I found DOS Constructions on the internet. I needed a quote to build a long external ramp (to avoid the 37 internal stairs) and also to completely redo my kitchen, build a butlers pantry, move a wall and put in two new windows. Hayden was promp, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a reasonable quote within a week and was honest and upfront with when he would be able to commence the job. Throughout the entire process Hayden keep me updated and consulted me with the many obstacles that often happen with building modifications. He was always honest and realistic and gave alternatives to overcome the obstacles. He was totally reliable, completely trustworthy, easy to talk to and his workmanship is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayden (DOS Constructions) for your renovation and building needs. Sue Dengate Swansea Heads

I would definitely recommend Hayden to anyone looking to have building works done to their home. He was able to get our two bathrooms and interior reconfiguration built to the high standard we expected. His work ethic was unquestionable and the pride he takes in his work reflected the pride we have in our home - it was a great match. I look forward to having him back for our next round of renovations. He is courteous and polite to work with, direct with what needs to happen on site, all of which gives him a well balanced approach, which we found to be extremely valuable when working on our home as we lived in it with our children. His time management and explaining the changes in cost and time as the project evolved were always well communicated and delivered in a clear manner at the appropriate time. It was always a pleasure when we was on site and I look forward to when we can tackle the next phase of construction together with him

Hayden has been incredible to work with throughout our project and we look forward to work with him again across our future renovation plans. His career background means he has great communication skills and provides regular email updates of works and any changes/costs, which are always well written. He truly values the customer and always ensured we were happy with the work and any other trades he had commissioned, representing any concerns or questions we had about plans. He really took control of the build and the trades while regularly checking in with us to ensure everything was as we wanted and any unforeseen changes, due to it being an older building, were communicated and documented. One of the great things about Hayden was that he also fitted around our young family; our children loved him and welcomed him into their home, which was important given the extent of work we had going on. He also respected them and our home, so we immediately felt comfortable having him take control of works we had going on. Not to mention that he worked so hard to a tight timeline to ensure my visiting parent had a comfortable place to stay. Hayden takes great pride in his work and willingly takes responsibility for his role and that of the people he contracts. He is a tradesman you can trust and we could not recommend him more!

Fantastic company. We live in Qld but had work done on our rental property in Maitland NSW. We could not of asked for a better company to renovated the bathroom and ensuite. Hayden kept up informed every step of the way (including photos and videos). Very professional company. The Tenant also advised thay Hayden and his trades were very polite, professional and respectful.

We are SO happy with the window Hayden put into our dark living room. He was very professional & knew exactly what he was doing! He organised everything & talked us through our first renovation! There was no stress, he showed up on time, & was so easy to communicate & deal with! The end result has been amazing for us! We are now booking him to do other renovations to our home! So happy with his work 👍

We’re thrilled with our new bathroom! Hayden was professional, reliable, and delivered high-quality work from start to finish. The renovation was completed within budget and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
