LJB Bathroom Renovations

Great communication throughout the project. The finished bathroom is beautiful and functional.

The tilers hired by Lincoln Bird lacked the necessary skills and performed at the level of apprentices. I had to personally attend the site and complete all the work to a proper standard. Unfortunately, instead of appreciating this effort, they continually delayed payment and consistently made false promises. I have now lodged this matter with NCAT and am currently awaiting the outcome. To all tradespeople: make sure you receive payment arrangements upfront and secure payment before completing your work whenever possible. Otherwise, there is a risk that you may not get paid. To all customers: after the work is completed, I strongly recommend hiring an independent inspector before making the final payment. Ensure that everything has been completed to a satisfactory standard and thoroughly checked before releasing any funds. Thank you.

Great workmanship. Attention to detail. A large project. Full renovation. Nice people to deal with. Excellent team of tradespeople and the fulltime team.Very happy with the final outcome 🤗

We highly recommend LJB Bathrooms, who recently renovated our Main Bathroom and Ensuite with a complete gut-out and refinish. There were a few extra challenges along the way, including termite damage in the frame, which were dealt with promptly and professionally. Linc always communicated clearly and explained what was happening throughout the entire process, which made everything far less stressful. The renovations were completed with minimum inconvenience to us and all deadlines were met as promised. All of the tradespeople involved were friendly, professional, and took great pride in their work. The attention to detail, helpful suggestions, and overall workmanship were outstanding. It was clear throughout the renovation that Linc genuinely cares about the final outcome and customer satisfaction. We are beyond happy with the finished bathrooms and were so impressed that we also ended up renovating our laundry, which was another fantastic result. We would not hesitate to recommend LJB Bathrooms to anyone looking for quality renovations and excellent service.

Lincoln’s quote was on par with others but we chose LJB Bathrooms because he was upfront and transparent about what was to be done and how long it would take which we really appreciated. All of his tradies have been very professional in their work, very likeable and trustworthy. A complete renovation (bath removed) and a wonderful outcome. We could not be happier. It was a pleasure to deal with Lincoln and his team.

We cannot speak highly enough of Linc and his excellent team for the quality and meticulous attention to detail they gave to us during the renovation of our bathrooms. They are prompt, communicative and very easy to deal with. We could not be more pleased with the final product. We would recommend LJB Bathrooms to anyone thinking of doing a renovation.

Lincoln and his Team renovated 2 Bathrooms, 1Balcony and replaced all the Windows on our House. He is a very experienced Tradesman who doesn't avoid Challenges. We are very happy with the Work he has performed and would recommend him without Reservations.
