We went into the store hoping to get some assistance picking door handles . We were the only customers in the store but browsed around for at least 10 minutes without even getting a greeting or acknowledgement. The product range in-store is great, but the customer service could improve.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a must visit for anyone looking to build in the area. Keen to see the new showroom renovation completed.

M&b open till 4, except Fridays !!, attempted to return warped timber that was supplied just an hour earlier , arrived to find the gate locked and no one answering phone at 350, with not being open Saturdays would have thought at least stay open to the correct closing time for urgent issues

M&B Geraldton have in the past few years have become our No. 1 building supplier. Led by an experienced manager with helpful and knowledgeable staff all our hardware and supplies are easily taken care of. The fact you can get in and out with what you need quickly is something essential to us when time is so important. Orders are handled efficiently and on time.
