I am extremely happy with my awning and blind. Adan and his staff were extremely easy to work with and were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. They are professional and always left the site neat and tidy and as they found it. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They have commenced and built at least twice without getting DA approval. When questioned, the owner said, We don't have to, we get approval after its built. It's the Catholic system.' In other words, do what you want and ask for approval after the fact. And the council is encouraging this behaviour.

The crew at Mcguinness building did a great job. We are really happy with how things have been done. They did some fencing, guttering, a retaining wall and a new patio roof and all of it is really good. The team were always helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend 👌
