I can't comment on their work because they didn't bother following through with a quote, despite saying they would be in touch numerous times. I took time off work to go into their office because they don't have the time/people to go peoples homes. They could at least have the decency and professionalism to follow through when they say they'll be in touch, even if they can't do the work, for whatever reason, at least let people know. Maybe I dodged a bullet?
