Got my bathroom renovated by Joel and the team, and couldn’t be happier. Everybody was professional, on time, on budget, and it came out better than I could’ve hoped. Absolute premium product, exactly what we wanted! Absolutely recommend!

We recently had renovations completed by Joel and the team at Refined and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Joel and his tradesmen were incredibly professional, reliable, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent the entire way through. We were always kept informed on what was happening, timelines, and any updates along the way. One thing that really stood out was their punctuality. If they said they were going to be there at a certain time, they showed up on time every time, which is something you don’t always get with renovations. The quality of the work was fantastic, and the project was completed within the timeframe promised. There was never a point where we felt the job was dragging on or left wondering if it would ever be finished. Joel runs a very organised and professional team, and it made the whole renovation process far less stressful than expected. We would highly recommend Joel and the team at Refined to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional tradesmen who genuinely care about delivering quality work on time.

Joel was by far the most reliable builder contacted for our reno, always on time, even the build was on time with a few set backs, his team was great easy to deal with, honest, punctual, just a great team. I would recommend him and his team for anyone wanting a reno or extension.

The planning/quoting process was by far the most thorough of all the builders I approached. This meant that the final result was well in line with what I had asked for and there was no need for variations. Very happy with the overall result and the boys were great to deal with!

Joel and his team, Refined Space Constructions, completed a number of alterations to our house for us. The pictures included are the Laundry relocation (one of the alterations) and a Car Garage/ Shed along our Western Wall. We are extremely pleased with the end results.
