They listened to what I wanted, altered plans when needed, fixed issues promptly and used experienced, professional and friendly trades to create my new home better than I imagined. I would highly recommend this company and would use their services again if needed. Thank you!

Warning - do not trust this company. Sydney Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations are purely a sales operation that farm out work to low quality builders whose google reviews would scare you off. My renovation nightmare started in October 2024 when I met with Jochem. Of the quotes I received there’s was the most reasonable and they ‘guaranteed’ they could complete my kitchen renovation before Christmas. I went to multiple stone showrooms (AC, Caesar etc) Laminet and veneer stores, and selected all electrical items. I signed my contract on October 31, and provided confirmation on designs, materials, and stone counter tops. I then went on holiday for 2 weeks, during which the construction of the cabinets was due to take place. Jochem then ignored me for 3 weeks, not responding to any emails until I was able to call him. Work finally commenced on the 9th December, where they demolished my existing kitchen. On the afternoon of Dec 9th Jochem called me to advise that he had forgotten to order the stone I requested, and it was now out of stock until March. I was told I had 48hrs to chose new stone or not have a kitchen for Christmas. Jochem’s recommended stone mason was over 3hrs round trip to visit, and having seen a lot of stone, I knew that nothing they had to offer would work. I then did my own research and found another stone mason in Sydney with the stone I requested. I asked Jochem if we could use them and he provided a quote of $11,000 (3 times the original estimate) when I queried this the response was ‘that’s the price’. I then reached out to the new stone mason directly and they gave me a quote of $7,000. Clearly Jochem was trying to rip me off! At the same time I repeatedly asked for clarity on the poor quality designs so my electrician could ruff in before cabinets were installed. The response to this was to gaslight me and tell me the designs were ‘good’ when they patently wrong and missing internal layouts. From that point on it because a game of ‘talk to your builder’ ‘talk to your joiner’ etc. never taking accountability or responsibility for the mess he had created. 3 months on, and I have not heard from Jochem since December, and the builder they subcontracted to has abandoned the job after myriad build and quality issues along with damaging the floorboards in the kitchen. Avoid at all costs!
