Wilkinson Homes

Wilkinson Homes is a family-owned and operated building company that has been in business for over 25 years. The company specialises in new home builds, renovations for homes and bathrooms, extensions, patios, decks and roofs. It serves Townsville and surrounding areas. Wilkinson Homes has received recognition from the HIA and Master Builders Awards. The company provides new home builds, home renovations, home extensions and granny flats, bathroom renovations, patios and decks, shop fit-outs, and roofing.

Bathroom renovation work forms the core of what this Townsville building firm delivers, and the accounts left by clients return time and again to the calm, well-organised way projects are run. More than one customer describes John Wilkinson as a constant presence, available to answer questions and checking the site in person as each stage of a renovation advanced, with the office and on-site teams equally responsive. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the standard of the finished result, whether a new bathroom, an extensive nine-month overhaul of an existing home or restoration work on an older property.

Tradies on the job are remembered as friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain what they were doing, and the habit of cleaning up afterwards earns particular mention. Changes made after the original quote are said to have been handled without fuss. Long-standing clients note repairs and maintenance carried out over many years, including a front door replacement with surrounding glass features. Defining the scope, weighing options and then executing the chosen solution is described as a professional process from start to finish, with the completed bathroom leaving one household delighted.
