4D Renovations

GHOSTED Very rarely I will leave a review, but I felt compelled to share my experiences with 4D Renovations,at the recent renovation of my unit in Palm Beach QLD. Unfortunately, it has been more frustrating than fulfilling. 4D Renovation charge a fee to oversee and manage the renovation my project manager failed. The initial consultation was promising and professional, there was detailed planning, and I thought a clear understanding of my expectations. The workmanship was at best inconsistent. Even after the completion inspection bringing up these concerns the issues were only fixed in part which will accrue additional cost to myself (so annoying). 4D Renovation agreed the curtains were not satisfactory and should be fixed but they refuse to fix. After full payment 4D Renovation refuse to honour their agreement. What’s been so disappointing is that I invested a significant amount of money expecting a quality upgrade but now I will have to pay someone else to fix the issues of poor quality fittings. I would caution others and particularly for absentee ownership to ask detailed questions about the quality of fittings the workmanship and detail to attention. Very disappointed and difficult to work with.

As an electrician who has worked alongside 4D Renovations on numerous projects, I can confidently say they are one of the most professional and reliable building companies in the industry. Their team is well-organized, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers high-quality workmanship. The projects always run smoothly thanks to their attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way. It is a pleasure to work with a builder who values both their clients and their trade partners. I would highly recommend 4D Renovations to anyone looking for a builder they can trust.

4D Renovations were the epitome of a dream builder and renovator for my project. Final handover was made very special and was beautifully executed. I cannot say enough about their professionalism within all areas of my renovation, especially attention to detail, prompt client assistance at all times when advice needed with selections. Public relations from all staff at all times and the respect given was certainly the best I have ever experienced . I truly feel blessed to have chosen 4D Renovations as my apartment is perfect.

Just want to give a massive thank you to Casey, Nicky, Joe and the team at 4D Renovations! From start to finish (mood-boards to construction) the process was hassle-free and extremely professional. They gave unique and creative advice and really listened to what I was trying to achieve. The interior design ideas, planning and communication was amazing. The design team took my brief and created the most beautiful ‘coastal’ kitchen and bathroom (especially for a small space). Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this company for any Reno projects!

We had our two bathrooms renovated recently and the results is perfect. 4D Renovations initially planed to start the project in March and because a lift in our apartment broke down they couldn’t start the work. Finally the lift was fixed in early August and 4D re rearranged the project straight away and started very next week. Thank you for your professionalism and building beautiful bathrooms for us. Every morning we can’t wait to see them.

Couldn’t speak more highly of the team at 4D. From our first meeting with Tim, Casey and Nicky we were very impressed. Their knowledge in design and building was exceptional. They were able to help us work around budget constraints and achieve the renovation we wanted. The builders were thorough and trades were excellent Jo the site manager was very hard working and looked after our place. We went overseas during the renovations and the team were great in communicating anything that came up or needed to be addressed. Will definitely use them again.

We were looking for an integrated designer/builder to undertake a full renovation of our 20+ year old Gold Coast apartment. We felt comfortable with 4D Renovations (who we selected after looking at other Google review recommendations) right from the start. Their design team worked with us to understand what we wanted in terms of both function and aesthetics - and had lots of ideas that we liked. The 'build' team also worked alongside us and their internal designers to make sure the design was workable and could be delivered. Once we settled on a design, the rest of the process was very smooth as well - there were relatively few issues that cropped up during construction, and when they did, the 4D team always had a workable solution. We were delighted with the quality of the finishes - plastering, painting, flooring, tiling and other trades were all first class. Overall, a great experience, and we would not hesitate to use them again (or recommend them to friends and family). Special thanks to Casey and Nicky on the design team and Jamie and Andrew on the build team.
