Great team to work with and pricing very reasonable.We had a bathroom renovation and updates to toilet/laundry area. Had some minor issues that were fixed without delay. Quality of work is of a very high standard and we are very happy with our beautiful bathroom.

Brought Black Kitchen sink and Black mixer tap great price. Quick delivery plumbed in and looks fantastic .

Unfortunately after 6 weeks waiting, we didn't get a proper response to our small warranty issue, which would have cost max. 50 dollar to replace. I bought the replacement part myself, even though the unit was still under warranty. Not the kind of service you would like to receive when you buy a top of the line item.

I will start with a positive. The outcome was good, tradesmen they use are very good, although they are sub contractors. Only the carpenters are direct employees of the company. 1st day of Reno they were on time and all hands on deck, which was impressive. I would suggest that you liaise with company directly, they themselves do not keep you informed. I rang on several occasions, I asked to speak with grant the owner, I was told that was not possible. The reason I asked to speak with him was that I was upset at being told that people would be onsite and no one turned up. I had on several occasions arrange my days around trades people being here and no one attending, that’s without any notification from the operations manager. This happened until I rang and spoke with Cameron (head of operations) and became forthright about how they lack communication and organisational skills, this is their biggest downfall, it became quite disappointing. It took almost 3 weeks to have a small laundry renovation completed, with a total of someone attending my job about 4 and 1/2 days. I can appreciate that things happen but little to no communication is not satisfactory. I am happy with the finished product however, I just hope the company take feedback constructively as this is an issue that can damage business. Again products and sub contractors are really good, improve on customer communication/service

Overall happy for with everything. However the lack of communication is awful! Before and during you just don’t know what’s happening when at all. Trying to organise your life around them is hard work. Do not recommend
