The owner, Grant could not be bothered to give a quote. His excuse - he has so much work on that they can pick and choose. Direct quote - “I dont need or want your work”. Clearly there is a gap in the market. We need more bathroom renovations businesses that are hungry in the Shoalhaven!

Grant was an absolute pleasure to deal with. To anyone looking to renovate, Grant it the person to see! Highly recommend!

The plan was excellent and the guys did a wonderful tidy job but unfortunately put the vanity in the wrong place and I had to pay again to get them to correct their mistake. The end result is great but the error was not mine so I will go elsewhere for the other jobs I would like done.

Just recently had the guys from Bathroom Renovation Guy come out to give us a quote for my parents house. Grant came out talked it over with my brother what we were after in the way of a disabled bathroom as we were not really aware of what we could do. Rather than go to town and lead us astray on what we didn't need as some places may do. He listened to us on our mother's needs and came up with a design and price that was inside our budget. Right from day one, the crew that were sent out to demolish the old bathroom were careful laying drop sheets down on the carpet and cleaning up after each working day would be over (never seen that before). Professional services and quality from all the tradies that turned up to work for us on our bathroom, more importantly is the fact that my mother is able to use her very own bathroom. Would highly recommend the Bathroom Renovation Guy to anyone, anytime. They were brilliant on behalf of my mother Gillian Avery I thank you very much
