Big Small Haus

Big Small Haus is an authorised Outhaus installation partner. The company operates across South East Queensland and is QBCC Licensed. Big Small Haus manages delivery, site preparation, craning, and final placement of Outhaus models. Outhaus models are built off-site and delivered complete. Outhaus units are constructed using a repeatable steel-based system.

Across Fortitude Valley and the wider Brisbane area, Big Small Haus has built a reputation through renovation projects that blend bathroom upgrades with small extensions and broader building work. Customers consistently highlight the quality of the finished result, noting that careful attention to fine details lifted the overall standard. Reliability and punctuality also feature prominently, with Harry and his team described as turning up when they said they would and working through each stage without unnecessary hold-ups.

Customers in several reviews describe the process as smooth and stress-free, supported by clear communication from the initial discussion through to completion. Being kept in the loop throughout gave clients confidence that decisions were being made with their input, and the team's transparent approach to budgeting meant projects stayed on track financially as well as on schedule.

Product knowledge stands out in the feedback, particularly for clients who were uncertain about which direction to take with finishes or fixtures. Electrical upgrades, including switchboard work and smart lighting installations, are mentioned alongside the renovation projects, with the same care and precision applied to compliance and safety. The recurring theme is a professional outfit that delivers a modern, functional result and leaves clients feeling genuinely pleased with the outcome.
