Creative Home Renovations

After driving past Creative Home Renovations every day for the last 3 years, I decided to drop in and look into a glass panel cavity door, for my newly renovated kitchen/dining room. I talked to the consultant, Connor, who was very helpful in providing a cavity system that would work for me. I just wish that I had dropped into this place before our kitchen was done, as I would have done a couple of things differently. I thoroughly recommend anyone that is thinking about a renovation, to drop into here. I will be going back when the time comes to renovate my laundry and bathroom.

We recently engaged Creative Home Renovations for a bathroom renovation and could not be more pleased with both the outcome and the overall experience. Being in our late 70s, it was important to us that the process be straightforward, well managed, and genuinely low stress—and that is exactly what was delivered. From initial design through to product selection and construction, everything was handled seamlessly. The team coordinated the entire project end to end, which meant there was no need for us to manage trades or deal with unnecessary complications. The work progressed efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and the finished bathroom is of an excellent standard. From the outset a special mention must first go to Conner for the thoughtful and practical design; then to Christina and Bianca, for their attention to detail and who were very much the force behind the project, and then Craig, the Project Manager, for keeping everything and everyone on track ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, the experience was professional, efficient, and completely fuss free. We would confidently recommend Creative Home Renovations to anyone seeking a high-quality renovation with an end-to-end service that truly delivers peace of mind.

In our seventies and in good health, we wanted to adapt our long-term home so we could continue living here safely. On our daughter’s advice, we decided to redesign the downstairs toilet and laundry to include an accessible shower. From our first meeting with Connor, we felt completely confident. He was warm, patient and creative, with a great ability to listen, understand the space, and offer thoughtful ideas. Although our budget needed to increase to achieve what we wanted, Connor gave us time to consider our options without pressure and guided us carefully through the process when we decided to commit. Kristina, the Design and Projects Manager, took the project to another level. Her creativity, attention to detail and beautifully clear plans made everything easy to understand, and her clever storage solutions were exceptional. During construction, Craig ensured the renovation ran smoothly through excellent communication with us and all the tradies. When an unexpected compliance issue arose, Craig and Kristina worked together to find a practical, affordable solution and explained everything clearly. Having run a busy retail business for many years, we truly appreciate professionalism. Throughout the entire project, the team was calm, respectful and a pleasure to work with. The result is a beautiful, highly functional shower and laundry that will serve us well for many years and has added real value to our home. We couldn’t be happier. Sally and Rob

It was a genuine pleasure to work alongside such a dedicated and talented group. Your collective efforts and enthusiasm made every challenge surmountable. We are truly grateful for the support and camaraderie you provided throughout our recent project. Your contributions were invaluable, and we learnt a great deal from each of you. Thank you for making this experience so rewarding. Congratulations on your recent HIA achievement.

I used the CHR team in late 2024 to renovate my very old and dilapidated bathroom/laundry space as well as install some custom cabinetry in other areas of the house. I live in an old house with small, intricate spaces so benefitted greatly from the team's creative thinking about how to maximise the storage opportunities within such a space. CHR provided excellent design guidance and advice and made, what can at times be an overwhelming, selections process absolutely seamless. The work was completed on time and within budget and the oversight from the team during the renovation process made any last minute decisions an absolute breeze. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We approached CHR to renovate our home with the main focus being the kitchen and casual meals area. From the moment we met with the Senior Building Consultant we knew this was the company for us. The professionalism and expertise from the first meeting right through to the completion of the project was exceptional. Our meeting with the Senior Interior Designer was painless (and she definitely had patience!), as our ideas and desires were listened to and bought to fruition. The communication from the Design & Project Manager and the team, detailing dates and times of trades expected, was always on point and so helpful as planned our lives around the renovation. All of the trades that entered our home did so with such a friendly and professional approach and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure that our needs and expectations were met. Their workmanship was at an extremely high level and their Construction Manager was on site daily to ensure everything was completed to the highest of standards and in a timely manner. We have already recommended CHR to many of our friends and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to renovate their home! We couldn't be happier :)

I want to thank Creative home Renovations for their support, assistance and advice towards the renovation of our bathroom WIR & bedroom …the results are amazing 😻 and all our family and friends who have seen the results are in awe. Their team of tradies were a pleasure to deal with and are extremely good at their craft …and what I appreciated most about this project is that their team (Connor, Kristina, Craig, Emma & Ben) took care of absolutely everything from start to finish. I have already signed up for Creative Home Renovations to start the next stage of our renovations, that's how impressed I am with their quality of work.
