JC Bathroom Renovations

Craig and his team did a wonderful job on our awkward and unique space. He and his team were professional, competent and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We recently completed a full bathroom renovation with JC Bathrooms in Ashgrove and are very happy with the end result. From the outset, the team managed the process smoothly and professionally. Communication was clear, and they coordinated the different stages of the renovation well. The waterproofing and tiling work in particular were completed to a very high standard, and the overall finish of the bathroom looks excellent. There were a couple of minor bumps along the way, which is probably to be expected in a major renovation. For example, we needed to replace a 600 x 600 tile after I chose the wrong location for the toilet roll holder, and the rail shower was initially installed slightly out of vertical. However, both issues were addressed promptly and without fuss, which we appreciated. Their operating style involves running multiple jobs at once, so after the demolition and tiling stages there were a few days where work paused before they returned to complete the remaining items. That said, the entire project was finished in around 4.5 weeks from demolition to completion, which we felt was very reasonable. JC Bathrooms are not a budget operator, but in our experience you get what you pay for—and in this case, we got a lot. The quality of workmanship and the final outcome speak for themselves. Overall, we are very satisfied with the renovation and would recommend JC Bathrooms to others looking for a high-quality result.

We were initially reluctant to put the entire project in the hands of one contractor as we were having a flat completely renovated including kitchen and bathroom. Craig worked closely with Facoory Cabinetry and ourselves to schedule all works and installations for the renovation and we have been really impressed with the result. Any concerns we had and any minor fixes were sorted out promptly and the standard of work was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Craig and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. They were remarkably punctual, arriving precisely on time as agreed. It was also greatly appreciated how accommodating they were to my many last-minute changes. Their efficient and respectful approach made the experience very positive. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a skilled and considerate team.

I embarked on a laundry renovation plus tiling and plasterboard replacement due to water damage. I used JC Bathrooms (Craig) and his team who did an exceptional job with all aspects of the renovation. Craig kept me in the loop with ongoing communication and timelines relating to when the next trade was expected. The entire team was extremely hard working and professional which made the project a truly stress free undertaking. I am thrilled with the high standard of workmanship and couldn’t be happier.

Big tick all round: Craig and his team have been very professional and great to work with. The quality of the work is first class snd we couldn't be happier with the result

Craig and the team did an incredible job renovating our balcony. They removed and repainted the balustrade and and re-tiled it perfectly. It was prompt, efficient and excellent quality. It was even better than I had hoped. Craig also provided good advice and checked our preferences along the way, which was very helpful in achieving a great outcome.
