I couldn’t recommend Krauss Kitchens more highly. From start to finish Rob gave us his full care and attention, making the process smooth and easy. The kitchen was made locally and Rob’s advice from years in the business proved invaluable. The finished kitchen is beautiful and tailored perfectly to our existing space. Thank you!
We absolutely love our new kitchen from Krauss Kitchens. The whole space feels bright, airy, and beautifully designed — exactly what we hoped for. The team guided us through every step of the process with patience, clarity, and real expertise. From the initial design conversations to the final install, nothing was ever too much trouble. We’re thrilled with the result and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Rob and the team not only delivered a great product, their service was amazing and it nice to see the commitment to finish off the job. Highly recommended
I cannot recommend Krauss Kitchens highly enough. I had a few kitchen places provide me with designs and quotes, and they were all good, but I am so glad I chose Krauss Kitchen's. Both Steve and Marc were just great, and Steve was so helpful with the designing and advice. From the beginning it was apparent that they were very professional, but at the same time they were very friendly and caring about what I wanted. They couldn't install the fridge until the floor was done, and it was no problem keeping the fridge at their premises; indeed they took delivery of all the kitchen appliances from Harvey Norman. Again, I cannot recommend them highly enough, my kitchen is just beautiful. Thank you, Krauss Kitchens.
I had a kitchen installed by Rob Krauss and his team. The cabinetry looked great, and the initial workmanship appeared solid. Later, I noticed issues with the stone benchtops shifting over time. I personally spoke with Rob, who asked me to take photos and send them through, which I did. He said he would review them and get back to me, but after following up, I never received a response. Rob explained that the stone benchtops were installed by another company that he had contracted and paid as part of my kitchen package, but then told me I’d need to contact that company directly to fix the problem. I found this concerning since I had no separate contract or receipt with that company — all payments were made to Rob’s business. It’s important to understand that some movement in a home happens naturally over time, but when stone benchtops aren’t installed correctly or to Australian Standards, that movement can cause the entire kitchen project to fail in workmanship. The benchtops worsened, and if I hadn’t organised another tradesperson to repair them, it could have become a costly problem. For the price I paid, I expected the kitchen to meet Australian Standards and for any issues to be rectified by the business I dealt with. Payment was accepted promptly, but the management of my concerns and follow-up was extremely disappointing and fell well short of professional standards. I’m sharing this to help future customers clarify who is responsible for subcontracted work and warranty follow-up before making payment. While the cabinetry itself was good, the handling of the stone benchtops issue and lack of accountability was very concerning.
I can’t recommend Krauss Kitchens enough. Great service, value and well managed project from start to finish. Our kitchen is a joy to live in and the highlight of our house. Thank you Marc and team!
I recently had Krauss Kitchens design, make and install a new kitchen in my house. This also involved a room swap with the dining room making the job more complex with extra plumbing and wiring. I can not recommend Krauss Kitchen highly enough. I sought other quotes, both to get a spread of the likely prices and to gauge and get a feeling for the people and companies involved. Ultimately I chose Krauss kitchens because they seemed confident, competent, honest and lacking in pushy sales tactics. I dealt with Rob the business owner throughout my job and he answered my questions straight away with no fluffing about. He also has vast experience to back up any opinions made on design choices you may have dreamt up. The team know what works and what does not. However, I'm certain they will do form over function if you want...... They have a team of contracting trades that they work with and all of them are amazing - they turned up on time, every time and charged a fair price for their work. The coordination of the trades was all dealt with by Rob too. I just sat back and watched it happen! The turn around time was excellent too. For me it was weeks not months, although obviously this would vary with all the particular job. I didn't want a cookie-cutter white kitchen and had a definite broad plan in mind - Krauss delivered the perfect practical realisation of my layman ideas. I do have a love/hate relationship with the original floor tiles I chose to keep, but that may be changed later. If you are undecided about which kitchen company to use, I can unreservedly recommend Krauss kitchens.
