Mark Sheppard Bathrooms and Renovations Canberra

Mark and his team did a bathroom renovation for us in 2024. We really couldn’t fault the whole process. Our experience was that the entire team operates like a well-oiled machine, from the initial design phase, to the administration and billing, as well as the quality of the finished product across all trades. We have just engaged them again to do a more substantial renovation and there was no question who we would approach when embarking on this new project.

Mark Sheppard did my bathroom renovation in 2018. I was always very happy with it, especially the way it simplified the bathroom. For instance, it had a large spa bath, which had become dangerous to get in and out of, that was replaced with a walk-in shower. Because of my age, Mark advised that I also include features to 'age in place'. I have just returned home from a total knee replacement operation and will need up to 6 weeks rehabilitation. It is now that I truly appreciate the 'age in place' features Mark recommended.

Happy to recommend Mark Sheppard Bathrooms and Renovations. Realistic quote, great people, efficient project management and a beautiful result. They went the extra mile when they uncovered some damaged timbers and worked overtime to bring the project back on schedule when there was a delay on our part.

We could not be happier with our choice to go with Mark Sheppard Bathrooms and Renovations to transform our ensuite! From the start, Mark and Caleb made us feel comfortable in leaving the work in the team's capable hands while we holidayed overseas. We appreciated the updates each day, including progress photos, so we could still see what was happening while away. And the added bonus of providing interior design services meant we were well supported by Angela in our decisions for a new look. Overall this is such a professional, trustworthy, reliable and efficient crew that we can highly recommend. Thank you MSBR for turning our old ensuite into such a lovely, peaceful and relaxing space!

Mark Sheppard Bathrooms and Renovations did a wonderful job transforming our tiny, inconvenient laundry into a functional space to include a walk in shower stall. No more wasted space and an attractive useful area of the house. Mark and his team were a pleasure to work with and communication together with high standards of workmanship made the project a great success.

The team from Mark Sheppard were great to work with. We could not be happier with the result. We love our new ensuite. It’s our favourite room now in our house.

We recently used Mark Sheppard Bathrooms and Renovations to do our kitchen, laundry, flooring, lighting, paint and wardrobes. The team were friendly, reliable and responsive. We were supported by an interior designer to make our space just right. The designer answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly leaving us confident we were making the right choice. The transformation was incredible. It was like walking back into an entirely new house. They doubled our bench space and storage in the existing kitchen footprint. The kitchen not only looks better but it’s so much easier to use. Everything is so functional now, and the longer we spend back in our new space the more we love it. Throughout the process we were kept up to date on the completion of each stage of work. The team were flexible and accommodating with our needs. The job ran to both time and budget. And even after the work had finished and we'd paid all the invoices the team kept coming back to fix up the tiniest bits and pieces to make it absolutely perfect. We were nervous about such a big job but the team at MSBR made it a hugely positive experience. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
