It performs pre-sale home renovations for real estate developers, home sellers, construction companies and agents. The company states it is a certified installation and maintenance contractor for bathroom, kitchen and paint products, and that it is in partnership with top kitchen, bathroom and paint brands. It states all its services come with a guaranteed quality stamp of approval and that it has years of experience in building renovation.

Royal Renovation's bathroom renovation services include waterproofing of vulnerable areas, caulking and grouting of holes and areas prone to leakages, inspecting, repairing, replacing and maintaining mechanical and plumbing works connecting bathrooms to the main water supply, and replacement of bathroom installations such as bathtubs, shower trays, toilets, showerheads, faucets and mirrors. It designs and builds new and modern bathrooms for new construction projects.

Its kitchen renovation services include redesigning and reconfiguring kitchen layouts and plans, and building kitchen islands and food preparation spaces. Its painting services include interior and exterior painting, wall and ceiling plastering, and concrete painting. Other services include retaining walls, water and fire damage repairs, doors and windows installation, fly screen and security door, and shelving. The company states it can handle multiple projects that run concurrently.

Meticulous workmanship and a problem-solving attitude emerge as the strongest themes across feedback for Royal Renovation. Davod, whose name appears in nearly every account, leads a crew that clients describe as dependable, prompt and courteous in the home, with the site left clean at the close of each working day. The standard of the finished result draws consistent praise, whether the project covered a bathroom, kitchen, laundry or general repairs, taking in tiling, replacement of vanities, showers and toilets, floor levelling, stumps, joists, insulation, plastering, retaining walls, steps and decking.

A recurring observation concerns Davod's readiness to talk through choices, put forward improvements and adjust when unforeseen problems surface, with spending kept in view from the start. Those writing describe clear communication throughout the job, pricing viewed as fair, and steady progress that does not come at the expense of detail. One registered builder singles out the even quality maintained on wet-area renovations. The team's considered handling of difficulties and their respectful conduct are credited with converting worn rooms into genuinely valued spaces, and several clients engage them again for further stages of work.
