My wife and l were impressed with Smarter Bathrooms East Burwood from the time we stepped into their showrooms. The professionalism of all their staff is first Class. From concept to design, then selection of products to preparing for construction is excellent. Once the project commences the tradesmen are excellent and take pride in what they are doing as well as respecting you and you home. We have no hesitation in recommending Smarter Bathroom's if you are looking to renovate a bathroom. Once again thank you, the team at Smarter Bathroom's. John and Claire Sword.

We had a great design and build experience and are thrilled with our beautiful, essentially new, house!

Great team ! SmarterBathrooms+ created an amazing new kitchen bathroom and powder room for me . I am very happy with the work and the rooms look beautiful! The project was managed very professionally right from the beginning design steps to the installation. I was consulted and guided through every step. I would highly recommend them!

Sometimes it pays to get another quote, other times you just know the solution being offered simply couldn't be matched. That's how I felt after my 1st experience with Smarter Homes, I knew we were in good hands and they didn't disappoint. I've heard renovating can be 'painful', but with Smarter Homes - it didn't have to be. Their genuine 'care factor' was what really stood out for me, it was as if every single team member had a vested interest in my home. And it felt like we were on the same team wanting to achieve something great, and we did. I'm so delighted with the design and the quality of the build, it's transformed the house. I honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. You won't be disappointed.

We are so happy with our renovation! Smarter Bathrooms did a stellar job from the design process with Caroline & Hettel, through to the project management with Mirnes. We have been in for a few weeks now and are still finding amazing touches and attention to detail, like the way the tiling on the wall and floor line up perfectly and draws the eye into the bathroom. Though we had a few hiccoughs, as happens with all builds, Mirnes was a consumate professional and was always able to find a solution that worked! They communicated brilliantly throughout the project, were excellent at managing the schedule, as well as giving us regular updates via photos. Even though we were unable to be on-site, we felt like we were hooked in on the whole process from beginning to end. They were also exemplary at dealing with body corp restrictions and were some of the most careful and neat builders we have ever seen.

I am going to start the review with this... Make sure you reach out to Smarter Bathrooms+ when you are looking to redesign/freshen up your home (no matter how big or small the job is.. make sure you call them). We redesigned our kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry/butler pantry with Smarter Bathrooms+, a 12 week renovation. Our overall experience was fantastic. Having a Project Manger was key for my husband and I due to our work commitments and moving interstate during the renovations. We definitely got exactly what we were after :) Mirnes (our Project Manager) kept us up to date, on track and involved where we needed to be to make decisions. Mirnes made the process seamless for us. Everyone at Smarter Bathroom+ was happy to help and work with us to ensure we were 110% happy. Our home looks amazing inside and will do for a very very very long time thanks to Smarter Bathrooms+.

Working with Smarter Bathrooms was a pleasure as they were so professional in creating a completely new bathroom for my house. From the initial contact, design stage and installation I found them to be very easy to deal with, they listened to everything I wanted to create in a new bathroom and made all the processes streamlined. A very profession company with outstanding customer service. I was kept fully informed from start to finish and nothing was a problem for them. The end result was a bathroom that has a wow factor when my friends see the final result. I can highly recommend them and their work.
