Great communication with the owners and quality workmanship. We had a main bathroom, ensuite and separate toilet renovated and we are very happy with the result. The workers were all very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended 👌

We used Paul, Aaron and their team for our bathroom renovation and couldn't be happier. They were prompt, efficient, communicated amazingly. Work was tidy, trades were polite. Just a great experience.

Highly recommend! I’m really happy with the bathroom renovation done by Aaron, Paul, and their team for my Wollongong apartment. They did an amazing job and supported me throughout the whole process. I was very lucky to be able to fit into their busy schedule. I was very careful when choosing a contractor because a bathroom isn’t just about how it looks—it’s also about quality, proper waterproofing, and meeting strata requirements. They delivered on all of this, with great quality at a reasonable price. A few things I really appreciated: 1. Fully licensed and compliant – I checked their licences carefully and they have a full range, not just builder or plumber. Waterproofing is done to Australian standards, and they can provide HBCF, which gave me peace of mind. 2. Excellent workmanship – The tiling is beautiful, especially the small strip tiles and aluminium corners (see photos 2&3). Everything is sharp, neat, and very well finished. 3. Very experienced and helpful – Paul and Aaron went above and beyond. They reminded me about strata notice requirements, helped communicate with the strata manager, and even helped receive items for installation. This was incredibly helpful, especially as I wasn’t local. 4. Great communication – They checked every detail with me, even small things like where to place the soap holder, which I really cared, and were very patient with all my questions. 5. Clear progress and payments – Payments matched each milestone, so I always knew how the job was progressing. 6. Clean and respectful – They cleaned up properly after finishing, vacuumed, and removed all rubbish. They really took care of my place. I chose all the fixtures myself (tiles, vanity, taps, toilet, mirror), and my main focus was long-term quality. I wanted a bathroom that will still be waterproof and problem-free in years to come, and I feel very confident about that. The tiles are laid beautifully and everything looks very tidy. Everyone who has seen the bathroom loves it and keeps asking who did the work. I’m very glad I chose Aaron and Paul's team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
