I am now the proud owner of a bathroom transformed from an aged 1990’s “tragedy” to a beauty prepared by the Ark Team for 2020s and beyond, The entire Ark team deserve my thanks for their professionalism and expertise in having: a)The project commence and be completed on schedule and within allocated budget, b)Quality staff and management who established supervision of the project and maintained open communication from start to finish, c)Highly skilled trades people, each in their own field, who took pride in their work and for whom details and quality finish mattered. They completed the gutting and preparations of the room, plumbing, carpentry, waterproofing, painting, plastering, electrical work, tiling, caulking, installations and the final deep clean to let everything shine, d)Planning and products to minimise the impact of their work whilst in my residence. Protective covering was placed on the timber floors and staircase and tools and rubbish were removed daily or as required. I now have a bathroom which not only has gone from an ugly duckling to a swan but is prepared for me to age at home with confidence that it will meet my needs and provide safety whilst it is used. The whole process was seamless right from the quote, the selection of fittings right through to the professional clean up. What I really appreciated was the detailed outline of what was going to be done and who was going to do it for the whole job. The standard of workmanship is high (even my neighbour has commented), the guys were a great bunch to have around the place, always polite and helpful and the place was kept so clean and tidy you'd hardly know renovations were going on.. Couldn't be happier.

Ark Bathrooms completely overhauled my master bathroom and it is absolutely gorgeous. Everything went exactly to plan, including laying a large amount of handmade tiles in various sizes, which looks incredible. Every person I dealt with, from the office staff to the project manager, plumber, builder and electricians, were lovely and so polite. They were also very respectful of our home and cleaned up the area every single day before they left, which made the whole process stress free. Nathan the project manager was on site all the time checking the work and ensuring my husband and I were happy. He goes above and beyond and nothing is ever too much to ask. Their pricing was great, especially considering the quality of workmanship. I have another bathroom and laundry to renovate and I will definitely be using Ark again. Highly recommend.

ARK genuinely cares about meeting client requirements ARK Bathrooms renovated two bathrooms in my investment property in Brisbane. As I live interstate, I was initially nervous about managing a renovation remotely, but ARK made the process smooth and kept me updated throughout via the Wunderbuild app. What stood out most was their genuine commitment to understanding our requirements and their strong admin support, which made communication much easier. Overall, we were very happy with the team — everyone was easy to deal with and our tenants were happy with the experience as well. Nathan supervised the project and communicated progress clearly, remaining transparent and responsive throughout. Emily, Phoebe and Lola were great on the admin side, and Cory was very helpful with design guidance and selections. The workmanship across the bathrooms (Jordan, Theo, James and Jay to name a few) was completed neatly and to a high standard. There were a couple of minor issues and a few communication delays, but they were handled professionally and resolved promptly. Highly recommend and Wishing the team all the very best.

Ark bathrooms have been fantastic across the whole bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation. Despite the hiccups that are part and parcel with an extensive renovation, they were incredibly calm and collected and had solutions the whole way.
